Sat in the back room, not much ambiance for a bday celebration. Steak had an odd flavor and salad did not meet description. Fried chicken was very good.

I was referred by a chef in Telluride to try this place out while I was in town, and it did not disappoint. I enjoyed the menu layout and I decided to make myself a 3 course meal from it that I could pair with a wine. The oysters were packed full of flavor and a great starter that led to the octopus. I would have to say the Octopus was my favorite of the 3 dishes as the sauces placed around it all added different flavor profiles that complimented the taste of the octopus well. To finish my meal I had the bolognese pasta. I believe it was mushroom. This entire plate was scraped clean sauce and all and I was not apologetic about it. Every course left me amazed with the amount of flavor they produced, and I was glad to have stopped in. The service at the bar was great and the wine paired well with all of my selections.

I would give them 10 stars if I could!! The food was incredible, the service 100 times better... I wouldn't change a thing! I came here for celebrating my birthday and they even put a little candle on my dessert. I would come back here forever!

When I was asking in my resort the frequent visitors of Park City what would be their recommendation in terms of the good place for dinner, 4 out of 5 mentioned this place, and specially mentioned their lamb. So I made a reservation and this place stood up for its recommendation. Everything was very unique and tasty, including sour dough toast, beet salad, cauliflower, pork shank, and of course lamb. The dessert game was on the par with the rest of the menu. So yes, it is highly recommended.

Nestled in Park City, Utah, Handle dazzles with an ambiance that whispers of both rustic charm and modern sophistication, making it a jewel worth the pilgrimage for any gastronome. Upon entering, one is greeted by an atmosphere that balances coziness with an understated elegance, setting the stage for a culinary journey that is as delightful to the palate as it is to the soul. The Pear Salad, a symphony of flavors, features pomegranate, chicories, medjool date vinaigrette, and hazelnuts—a testament to the chef's prowess in creating dishes that sing with freshness and complexity. The balance of sweet, tart, and earthy notes dances gracefully on the tongue, leaving an impression that lingers long after the meal has ended. The meat & cheese charcuterie board is a masterpiece of artisanal meats, farmstead cheeses, pickles, toast, and condiments. Each element on the board is curated with an eye for quality and a respect for tradition, offering a robust tasting experience that invites diners to explore a rich tapestry of textures and flavors. The cauliflower with sweet chili glaze, sriracha vinaigrette, and cilantro is nothing short of fantastic. It's a dish that challenges the mundane, elevating a humble vegetable to star status with a glaze that perfectly marries heat with sweetness, and a vinaigrette that adds just the right amount of zing, all while cilantro provides a refreshing finish.Perhaps the most intriguing of all is the Grilled Sweet Potato, adorned with foie gras mousse, blueberry, honeycomb, and almond. This dish is a daring blend of elements, each bite a discovery of how seemingly disparate ingredients can come together in a harmonious, surprising, and utterly delightful way. It's a testament to the kitchen's creativity and willingness to explore the culinary road less traveled. In sum, Handle is a beacon of culinary excellence in Park City. It stands as a testament to the power of thoughtful cooking, impeccable ingredient selection, and an unwavering commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience. Each dish, a chapter in a story of taste, texture, and tantalizing discoveries, ensures that Handle is not just a meal, but a memorable journey deserving of its accolades and, undoubtedly, a five-star review.

I recently dined at Handle and while the food was great, the overall experience was unfortunately brought down by service from the hostess.Upon arrival, we were greeted by a hostess who escalated a minor disagreement into a uncomfortable situation. I watched as she yelled at my mother. It was upsetting. I don't care what the management says in response to my message, the hostess took a minor situation and made it a big problem. Why did she choose to elevate everything and treat my family with hostility? I will never get it.Once seated, the rest of the service from our waiter/waitress was positive. However, the initial poor impression from the hostess definitely cast a shadow on the evening.I would recommend Handle for the food, but would advise management to address the front-of-house hospitality. A welcoming and efficient hostess can set the tone for a great dining experience, and unfortunately, that was missing on this visit.

When you combine the place that everyone wants to hangout with the place everyone wants to eat you end up with Handle. Located in the heart of Park City's Main Street, Handle in many ways feels like the epicenter of the city's dining and social scene. From the moment you walk in you get a high energy dining room that is matched by an array impressive looking dishes. While I personally tried the lamb chops, everything across the menu looked promising.
