I really wanted to give this place a higher review. We were told 45 min wait .. no problem grabbed drinks at the bar... After 1 hour we asked where we were in line they said next ... After 1hr and about 30 mins. We got a table. Took a while for a servicer to check on us. Food did come fast after ordering. We loved the pepper app. The burger was good. Better than no name for sure. If you're really hungry get a snack first. Drinks are pricey but it's what you expect in a tourist town.

At first it was amazing. The drinks and the outside bartender were 10/5… and the only reason for a 2 star. From that point on this place was a scam. The waitress tried to remember 11 orders and butchered it. She was only around during the phase where we racked up a bill then disappeared and was nearly impossible to track down. The chicken was WAY over breaded, dry and cold in the middle and burned on the outside. The waffles were good? For 30$……. Go for drinks and leave……

Some really high highs (looking at you, corn soup) but overall the drinks are weak, the food is underseasoned, and you're mostly paying for the brand. Good spot to be seen if you're into that.

Was mislead in the amount of our wait time. Was told 2 hrs and then repeatly told that the party that had “our” table was still ordering drinks and that they would not asked them leave. Was also told that they would not allow them to stay longer than 2 hrs but I guess since they were ordering drinks they could stay as long as they wanted?Also it was cold outside, they had a gas lantern for heating, and they would not let anyone stand outside of the restaurant under the heat lantern.When asked about when our table would be ready the hostess continued to talk to her coworker in spanish and after much conversation would say the table was not ready in English but only that.Would not recommend because the service was terrible. Never had a chance to taste the food.

High West easily has one of the best burgers I’ve had in my life. Their lemonade is also something to write home about - SO GOOD!
5 star review specifically for Paisley at the bar! She was great. She entertained us for a few hours while making us (and literally the whole restaurant) cocktails. She was knowledgeable about the product, friendly and hustled the entire time we were there. She picked which drinks I should try and her recommendations were on point. Highly recommend stopping in and saying hi to Paisley!

High West. We sat in your bar area yesterday, and did not enjoy our experience completely. Every time someone opened your back door a smell of vomit like odor came through the whole area. It was absolutely disgusting. Your staff agreed, and said “write a review, we can’t get management to change it”. SOOOO, here we are. For a place that is supposed to be higher end, in a higher end area, your food isn’t that great, and even if it was, it would be hard to enjoy it with vomit like smells coming through the area. Please adjust course, and let us know when to come back, IE like when it doesn’t smell like vomit.

We were in Park City for 3 days and ate here twice! We had to wait about 30 minutes each time since we went around 6 both times, on a Monday and Tuesday. But there’s a reason they always busy, drinks are great and the food is phenomenal! Julio was our bartender the first night and our server the second, great guy that really knows the menu. I can’t say enough good things about this place!

Waste of time. Waited almost an hour for a table. Had to wait outside by a fire pit where we couldn’t order a drink. Once we finally got seated, we weren’t acknowledged for 15 mins. Server showed up with attitude, no introduction, and no apology. We ordered drinks and appys. After 20 mins of not seeing our server again, we left. Buy the booze wherever they sell it and skip this place.
