“If your expecting to be waited on hand and foot, probably not the ramen place for you. You need to get your own water or drink(unless it’s alcohol). This ramen joint is very different than the ones I’m used to in Atlanta where you could expect 3-4 servers. So if your the patient type I’d give them a shot. The spicy gyoza was fantastic, and the Tonkatsu Ramens broth was absolutely delicious. Loved that our waiter asked if we wanted a egg. No pictures because I was too busy eating. If I ever come back out to Park City area I’ll definitely keep y’all in mind.“
“A warm and cozy meal after a cold and snowy day on the slopes! Yuma is located continently close to the Park City lift, and a short trolley ride from Main Street. Inside the quaint restaurant features numerous tables and a small bar seating area. The menu is on the smaller side, but incredibly well done. We ordered right away; a tonkotsu ramen for me, and shoyu for my boyfriend. Ramen came out very quick and seemed to be traditionally prepared (the tempura shrimps a nice little bonus!). This meal was like a warm hug; the broth was absolutely divine. Creamy (but not cream based), well seasoned, and warm enough to give the noodles their last bit of cooking. Mine had the chashu pork and was tender enough to bite off but with enough meaty integrity to fill you. I barely got 3/4 of the way through my bowl before I had to tap out. The portions are perfect! I was so pleasantly surprised that we were able to get right in and sit down. Overall the meal was quick and hearty, and one of the best ramen's I have had! You will not be disappointed if you stop in to Yuma Ramen.“
