Incredible views of the mountain and Park City lakes. Quick walk up window and inside/outside area. The lobster roll was epic! The employees took good care of us, great place for a quick on-mountain bite and break.

Steaks were cooked to perfection as ordered (Med Rare). Lobster bisque soup was superb. Excellent salads. The lobster mac-n-cheese can be skipped, it's ok but other items are probably better choices. Service was outstanding. Entire experience definitely lived up to our expectations.

This was our first visit to Deer Valley and I chose Rime based on menu and reviews. We had an outstanding dinner in all aspects. Our server, Victoria, a seasoned professional with 13 years at the establishment couldn’t have been more attentive and helpful in guiding us on the entrees. We don’t normally have bread before our meal, but Victoria suggested it and wow, a 10 on 10… crusty boule with soft center and herbed butter. I had the 14oz Pork Chop with apples and Brussels sprouts. So tender and delicious. The Pot au Crème for dessert was like having a decadent smore in a pot. Rime has an award winning wine cellar which apparently you can arrange to tour prior to dinner. Overall the food was good value for a special dinner. Highly recommend.

So sad that place has declined…just ate with our group tonight and super disappointed. We eat here every year but won’t be back. It took 45 min to get bread while our 4 kids were starving. The best food on the menu was the kids pizzas. Took 45 min for last person to get first drink, which was a very weak pour of wine. It took asking multiple times, including the manager, to get things that we wanted. No wonder it was empty…

Amazing food, staff and ambiance. The preparations were beautiful and just as delicious! Hot potato vichyssoise perfectafter a day of skiing. The salmon and roasted Idaho trout on a cedar plank were prepared by Chef Larry perfectly and dessert was amazing with a deconstructed s’more and hot chocolate chip cookie! We will absolutely return!

No. Don't. Shrinkflation That elk Milanese ? They took one cherry tomato and cut it up in quarters and spread it around. That was my garnish ! Not kidding The elk itself ? No. Way overcooked which hid the fact there was 3-4 ounces. Don't We have known this since it was J&G grill. Clearly they are trying to self operate this and failing I have no idea where the other reviews are coming from

i had my birthday dinner at rime and they provided a top tier customer service experience!! the chef came out and chatted with us and after joking around about wanting to see the kitchen actually allowed me to make my own birthday dessert and comped all desserts for the table. it was an amazing experience and i cant recommend it more!

Over the years we have had graduation dinners, birthdays, and Christmas at the St. Regis. My family has unanimously decided that the St. Regis has the best French onion soup we have tried. The meat and cheese board are a great appetizer. The truffle pizza is a must. The Caesar salad and other dishes on the menu are great as well. My go to at the RIME has for a long time been the Black Truffle Pizza & the French Onion soup. The service is alway great. They have a special hot chocolate that is ONLY available in the winter so I highly recommend making sure to try that! The views are spectacular! The breakfast is also great. My mom loves breakfast here for her birthday. A great reliable restaurant that does not disappoint.

I came here with my family for breakfast and dinner as it's the main restaurant in St. Regis where I'm staying. The breakfast was pretty solid overall. They had a pretty generic buffet as well as a large breakfast menu. Our food tasted good and came out decently quickly. However, dinner was very different. The service at dinner was not great. They were understaffed and waiters were all frantically running around, which was much more chaotic than the peaceful breakfast. They brought us our mac n' cheese before our steaks, and our caesar salad after our steaks. However, our waiter was very kind, and even gave us some caramels. Despite the bad service, my food was excellent. My filet was cooked well, and the sides were all really good. However, I ordered a side of herb butter for $6, and it was a tiny puck of butter with green bits in it. I would recommend this place, but in my experience, dinner is a little chaotic.

The location in the St. Regis is very nice. The service attendants were wonderful. The sommelier was unaware that he had The George wine in the vault, which is nothing short of a crime. He knew nothing about them and blamed them being there on his predecessors choice. This vineyard only makes small batches and restaurants clamor to get their hands on them. We told him we'd happily take them off his hands. Our anniversary dinner was marred by an overcooked filet that was dry and cooked solid when it was supposed to be medium rare. Their sides selections are boring and uninspiring. They ran out of mashed potatoes, while I only saw 5-6 tables the entire time we were there from 7pm to 9pm. Someone needs to talk to the Chef. For the St. Regis to allow this to continue as it is would be very unfortunate.
