Steaks were cooked to perfection as ordered (Med Rare). Lobster bisque soup was superb. Excellent salads. The lobster mac-n-cheese can be skipped, it's ok but other items are probably better choices. Service was outstanding. Entire experience definitely lived up to our expectations.
This was our first visit to Deer Valley and I chose Rime based on menu and reviews. We had an outstanding dinner in all aspects. Our server, Victoria, a seasoned professional with 13 years at the establishment couldn’t have been more attentive and helpful in guiding us on the entrees. We don’t normally have bread before our meal, but Victoria suggested it and wow, a 10 on 10… crusty boule with soft center and herbed butter.
