Food was middle of the road. We had the charred cauliflower, burger and shrimp and polenta. The charred cauliflower was the best dish of the evening, as it had bright flavors and was well balanced. We also ordered the Danny Ocean mezcal and dragon fruit beverage. Very vibrant colors and great flavors working together. Restaurant ambiance is definitely a 5, and the service was pretty good as well. Overall, a decent experience.

We met family for dinner. The wine and drink selection was really good. We started with the beets and roasted cauliflower from the mains. The beets were great! I thought the cauliflower was a bit bland. The rest of the meal was good. I thought the lobster ravioli was good, but could have had more flavor. Everyone else enjoyed their meals a lot. They were gracious in letting us sit and drink our wine and catch up after the meal with family we'd not seen in a long time.

We had a quick lunch sitting outside on a weekday sunny afternoon. Service was fabulous and the food was delicious! Thanks ? We will be back.

We accompanied our friends, who are locals, to a Daou wine dinner that was promoted during the Park City Wine Fest, but not affiliated with the event. We paid for our tickets using the Resy system. It was confusing at the time of booking because the tickets were for a "wine dinner," however we did not realize that we also had to buy a separate ticket for the actual wine that was being served. The first 2 pours were given to us by the Daou reps. No one mentioned to us that there would be an additional charge for the wine. They poured all 6 wines for the 6 courses, and at the end we were presented with a separate bill for $50pp for the wine. The food was very good and the service was very attentive. I have a gluten allergy and our server, Isabella, graciously made sure I was taken care of. The ambiance was beautiful, although we were a bit warm most of the dinner. It was lovely chatting with the Daou reps and learning about the wine. The advertisement for the dinner specifically said "you don't want to miss the opportunity to try the one and only Soul of a Lion and Patrimony" neither of which were served. This was one of our motivations for why we attended. The evening ended with an argument between the manager and our friends, who were very upset at what they (and us, to some degree) believed to be a misrepresentation of what they thought we had purchased. It really went awry when the manager accused them of creating a scene and embarrassing her. She accused us of being "from out of town" and trying to take advantage of them. Instead of de escalating the situation and offering something, she dug her heels in until our friends almost leapt out of their seats at her. The manager begrudgingly said we didn't have to pay for it. I'm still surprised that we had such a lovely evening, but in the blink of an eye it went south, fast. We truly weren't trying to get something for nothing, but we felt very deceived: not only because we had pay for something that we thought we had already paid for, but also because the two highest end wines we thought we were going to try were not served. I do not know who set up the event on Resy; but I do know we were not the only ones at the table caught by surprise at the additional charge. The couple next to us told me they also didn't know, but they paid it and didn't say anything to the server. There were many lessons to be learned tonight. I hate that the manager let it go so far, I hate that my friends became so angry over the situation, and I hate that the whole thing could have been avoided if when we walked in the door to a "wine dinner" that someone said to us "hey...you still need to pay $50 each for the wine." You can't put the onus back on me if no one tells me what is expected from the start.

Attended a wine dinner advertised as a wine pairing dinner. Paid $149 per person and was presented with an additional $225 bill at the end of the meal supposedly for the wine. Never once did anyone mention, nor was there any indication the wine(s) were not included. The restaurant manager was anything but a manager and called us names and suggested WE should be ashamed for embarrassing her! Be aware The Brick is in the deceptive practices business.

Stopped here for lunch, my dad, sister, and I all absolutely loved our meals. Not too big portions and we enjoyed the drinks as well. Sat outside and it was a lovely day. Great gnocchi, chicken sandwich, and spare rib grilled cheese!!

This place is a yikes from me dawg. The food wasn't that great. The gnocci tasted like Chef Boyardee and the burger was average. We asked the waiter for a medium rare burger and she said they only cook it one way lol. The place was empty when we got there. Like completely empty. And our table spent about $80 per person. Def not worth it. The plus side tho was that the waitresses were very nice.

Truly an odd experience!! We stopped in for lunch, we were seated for 10 minutes and NOONE came to our table. It was a hot day we were all thirsty so I went to the side table where there was a pitcher of water and I poured water for our table. We could see into the kitchen and there were three employees just standing there. Hot chatting.. we finally caught someone's attention too. And asked if we had a server.. we were told we did but still another 5 minutes before a red hair gentleman came to our table... he apologized said he was our server. The menu is rather pretentious as there are no prices listed and although we frequently eat out and enjoy fine dining I have I honestly had no idea what was on the menu it was descriptive but still left me scratching my head... I ended up with the burger because as soon as I saw the word burger I knew what it was. We never saw our server again until he dropped off the check, we had a different person drop off our food we asked for a few things and never received them. I can understand if the restaurant wS busy but it wasn't. I have owned my own business and I wish the owner had a handle on how ineffective his staff was... the food was decent, nothing to rave about but ok... I won't eat here again.

The music, food and atmosphere were unparalleled. The wait staff was extremely courteous and attentive. One of the best spots I've been to. Would definitely recommend.

Old park city local....never tried this place. Went today with my 4 year old as the kids menu has items she'll eat. Her grilled cheese was delivered and I flipped over the sandwich and it was charcoal burnt on one side. Of course they placed it golden side up...sent that back for a redo....I got the short rib grilled cheese and it was soggy from being soaked in oil ....not butter and there were arteries in the meat...remove that ewww it was tender enough but lacked flavor. I'm now sick to my stomach from all the grease. For a hundred dollar lunch for two adults and a four year old (2 beers) I expect much better.

A great space, has 2 levels inside and then outdoor sitting. The staff is friendly and very attentive considering the current staffing situations in the food & beverage industry. Support this restaurant.

I went to The Brick with my wife and kids four times during our ten day stay in Park City on Main Street. The servers were nice and the food came out quickly. I recommend the steak frites with chimichuri and apple salad which goes good with a Moscow Mule. Our last server Martha was exceptional and was very attentive and friendly and helpful. We'll be going back next time we're in PC.
