Amazing sushi and ramen. The noodles were perfect! The broth exceptionally made. Seating is a bar and a wall of booths. This is a fun place to hit after a day skiing.

Yuki Yama is some of the best sushi I have ever had which is saying a lot considering I have eaten sushi around the world. Not only is the food fresh and delicious, every single person who works there is a true delight. They do not rush you and they also are the perfect amount of attentive. I wish I could have a Yuki Yama in my home town, but for now will just look forward to always visiting. Loved it so much I went back the next night.

Yuki Yama is truly one of the best sushi places in the world. The atmosphere is always nice, with the nice hum of everyone talking but being able to have a nice chitchat with your table mates. The service, from the people at the front desk, the servers, and the people that prepare the food.. are all super nice and friendly, while being informative and knowledgeable about any questions you have. The food here... is SO GOOD. We always get the gyozas, both orders. And the crispy tuna tartar is so crunchy yet flavorful, which makes it one of our favorite dishes to get there. All the sushi rolls are phenomenal. Miso soup.. incredible. My favorite dish here is the unique wagyu beef that you cook it YOURSELVES on a sizzling rock, and it's so so good!! Desserts, they have the best little cakes in the world, and of course mochi is great. Drinks are always super too. I'm always super impressed with the fresh ingredients and the quality of them, and of course the presentation of the dish's and the amazing flavors and food here. Overall, this place is truly remarkable and I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

Ambiance cool. Service was amazing. Multiple servers and sushi chef taking very good care of us. Very kind people. Sushi chef was quite entertaining. The problem was the sushi & food. Unmemorable. Here was our order. 2 pieces of chu toro nigiri - mediocre Negi Hama maki roll - mediocre Negi Toro hand roll - mediocre Spider roll maki - bleh Tempura - this was quite good - lightly battered and fried well Miso cod with bok choy was ok

We stopped in our recent trip to park city. Given the great reviews and difficulty getting a reservation I was very excited. The miso black cod was very good. The sushi is fine but I wouldn't return for it. We had several rolls, sashimi and nigiri so a good selection of the sushi menu and it was fine but not special. The service was great, our waiter was very friendly. The space is cute and casual. I may come back and try other hot dishes. I hate to talk about price, and honestly everything is pretty expensive in park city ( and I live outside nyc) but for a comparable price we had a very special meal at Riverhorse on Main. Its clearly a completely different type of menu, but I left Riverhorse feeling like I had had something very special.

Yuki Yama Sushi is my go-to spot whenever I'm craving sushi in Park City. The place has such a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it perfect for both date nights and dinners with friends. The sushi rolls are just out of this world - so fresh and full of flavor. I'm always impressed by their creativity with the specials; it's like they've got a new surprise every time I visit. The staff are super friendly and always happy to make recommendations, which I love because they've introduced me to some amazing flavors I wouldn't have tried otherwise. Plus, their sake selection is top-notch. Every meal here feels like a treat, and I just can't get enough!

We arrived at 9.04pm on a Sunday night. We were very well received. The food was great. We had edamame, miso soups, pork ramen, wagyu beef seared on block of salt and the tuna carpaccio and the yuzu crepe cake. All were great.

An excellent place to eat sushi, but they also have a salt stone waygu that is spectacular, as well as lamb ribs and black cod. Good place to go with

Hands down one of the best sushi spots I have ever been too. The service was amazing and fish options were amazing. We stayed at the Canyons Village and it was very easy to get to the restaurant utilizing the public bus.

Excellent cuts of sushi. It was a little overpriced, but compared to the other restaurants in the area, it wasn't that bad.

I live in CA where the sushi is really good. This was below average. The rice was tough. The quality of the fish was not good.. chewy! I guess If you live in the mountains it probably works. Could not get through one roll…

Nothing special about the food. Service was slow and rude. Did not feel welcome at all. I would advise people to save their time and money and never come here.

Amazing food, ordered the pork ramen and edamame. What really set them apart was the service, they were very accommodating, and gave me a completely new order when my broth spilled in the bag from the lid.
