“HOT, FRESH chicken wasn't what I was expecting! The location near my house needs help. THIS location does not! I've stopped at this location several times now, and each time, it's the same thing! Fresh, hot food! Even mid day, when it's slow, the food is fresh! Thumbs up to the management too for hiring nice, friendly people! The cashiers are young but friendly and outgoing! I thought I had accidently pulled into a Dutch bros coffee drive thru! If you, too, have given up on KFC...stop and try this location as you head north or south on I 15. Or, if you live in the area and don't want to cook! You won't be sorry!“
“I am so happy Payson got something that's not pizza and drink shops. I come here sometimes 3x a week, Jose & Jorge have turned this place around. Not only does every single person here treat me so kindly, but they truly go so far out of their way to make things perfect. Jose just ran out (I'm in the parking lot) since it was going to be a little more than a 5min wait and brought me a warm biscuit and offered a drink for the inconvenience, which they are not forced to do. This started as an update since I can't see where to write multiple reviews, seeing as every time is something different. But I will always choose this place, the food is amazing but the people - they are truly incredible ♡“
“Great service from the time I walked through the door. Was greater with a friendly smile and even though they were busy making a ton of pizzas, the staff still had time to have a nice quick conversation. Will definitely be going back to the Payson store.“
“We went in to check them out for the first time. They have Gluten-Free crust and I think that make it themselves. My wife went crazy over the Gluten-Free crust. Said that it is the best one that she has ever had. As far as mine it was great! I was able to get a peperoni and jalapeno pizza. Most places don't carry jalapeno. We will definitely go again.Dietary restrictions: My wife said that they have the best Gluten-Free crust. If she said it, it is true. “Cannot recommend this place enough, I was a die-hard Popeyes chicken fan until I found Slim's. I will never go back. Some of the best fried tenders I've ever had and the new Mac bowl is to die for. It's probably good for my wallet that I don't live closer.“
“I called in and ordered two pizzas for carry out. I was told it would be 15min. I arrived, and they did not have my pizzas. They checked the boxes and then found my call in receipt on the counter. They quickly cooked two new pizzas. I sat at a table and waited. They brought the pizzas to me and said, "Have a great day! It was our mistake so there's no charge". I was willing to pay and they wouldn't accept it. The location was also clean and inviting. I will certainly order from this location again. Kind staff who accepted responsibility for an oversight on a busy Friday.“
“I always get the family size 5 meat treat I believe it's called. Never any problems. Workers are polite. Pizza is made quickly. Definitely my go to since Lil Caesars had me waiting 45 minutes before I figured out that the bunch of people & myself were all waiting on bread sticks which were still dough. “They are disorganized and slow when it comes to "not ready" pizzas. Ordered a Hawaiian pizza and took 5 minutes to the guy to understand what toppings need on that kind of pizza(may be in training) anyway, once more, you get what you pay for. (Maybe)“
“The five star rating is just for when Kendra is working. She's amazing! We've tried going days that she's not working and it flat out sucks, we waited for over an hour for food and finally walked out. The two younger cooks in the kitchen cook the best food and Kendra holds this place together. She's personal, friendly, funny, attentive, and efficient. But she says she's "mean and scary". We love the atmosphere!“
