“I always get the family size 5 meat treat I believe it's called. Never any problems. Workers are polite. Pizza is made quickly. Definitely my go to since Lil Caesars had me waiting 45 minutes before I figured out that the bunch of people & myself were all waiting on bread sticks which were still dough. They really should of let us know. Cost them my business for the foreseeable future. Keep it up Springville Papa Murphy's!“
“They are disorganized and slow when it comes to "not ready" pizzas. Ordered a Hawaiian pizza and took 5 minutes to the guy to understand what toppings need on that kind of pizza(may be in training) anyway, once more, you get what you pay for. (Maybe)“
“My orders are always ready on time, and the pizza tastes great. Employees are courteous. The only error they've ever made is to give me an extra Book-It pizza for my kids (which they didn't charge me for). I've always had a good experience with them.“
“Nice casual atmosphere with tons of tvs broadcasting various sports games. However, the overhead speakers were broadcasting a sports event so loudly that two people in our group of eight found it unbearable. Another couple near us were trying to "dine in" as well; they ended up taking their food to go and leaving. The staff were kind but unable to adjust the volume but tried changing the channel - it was still deafening. The food was great, but we probably would not go back unless the situation was addressed.“
“Visited the weekday pizza buffet and it was great! Love that a salad bar is also included. The crust is the real winner of the meal. Crust can make or bread a good pizza and it was soft and bready in the middle with awesome chew/crisp on the bottom! The staff was pleasant and helpful (especially considering all the kids we brought)Next time I'm going to try the wings & fries! Also saw a sign that said fresh root beer. We will be back!“
“Food is good. There were a few errors on my order, and one time the chicken was rubbery because I waited 45 minutes to pick it up (my fault) (they gave me a free meal on my next visit ?) I’ve been to this place three times, and one of the three times it was successful. The other time they got my order wrong because they were out of bone in wings. I think that was just a misunderstanding tho. All in all I do love their chicken, and I recommend this place. It is a tiny bit overpriced in my opinion, and the combos do not come with a drink. If it came with a drink I can justify the cost. The combo needs to come down to around $10-$11 or $12 including a drink. However I will continue to come back. They do have GLUTEN FREE fried chicken (house sauce is not gluten free tho). There garlic sauce is tho.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free“
“Good pizza, a little expensive for what you get. The staff was overwhelmed when I visited such that I had to wait 10 min to even place my order. I'd recommend coming here in off hours. It was 6:30pm when I visited and by 7:45 it was a ghost town. All in all, good pizza but I wouldn't go out of my way to come back unless I was in the area with a real hunger for a couple of slices.“

“I called in and ordered two pizzas for carry out. I was told it would be 15min. I arrived, and they did not have my pizzas. They checked the boxes and then found my call in receipt on the counter. They quickly cooked two new pizzas. I sat at a table and waited. They brought the pizzas to me and said, "Have a great day! It was our mistake so there's no charge". I was willing to pay and they wouldn't accept it. The location was also clean and inviting. I will certainly order from this location again. Kind staff who accepted responsibility for an oversight on a busy Friday.“
