El Tapatio is a fantastic Mexican restaurant run by local and authentic owners. The menu features delicious and fresh dishes, including the highly-recommended Tres Carne Pinas, a flavorful meal that can be shared with two people and still leave leftovers. The pineapple chicken fajitas are another standout, presented in a beautiful pineapple shell and served with homemade chips, fresh salsa, and beans and rice. The staff is wonderful and personable, making for a wonderful dining experience. Despite the nearby construction, El Tapatio is thriving and a must-visit for anyone in the area.
