Portions are huge!! Easily shareable if your want room for dessert & appetizer. Don't miss out on the sweet potato fries!! I love the connection of Native American food with a gourmet twist! May require a reservation especially on the weekend. Groups over 6 need to reserve day before by calling.”

“We ate the most creative and divine food last night at Communal. The portions are big and they are for sharing. The new summer salad with fresh peaches and corn was one of the best I’ve ever eaten. The blend of flavors was absolutely amazing. Had I known how delicious it was beforehand I would have just ordered that for dinner. My husband and I shared the Greek chicken, crispy fingerling potatoes and roasted carrots with pistachios. Wonderful homemade rolls were served while we awaited our dinner. Everything is freshly cooked so plan to enjoy a wonderful, scrumptious and leisurely dinner. Wish we had time to go back and try some other dishes. Everything was presented beautifully and the service was excellent. A divine dining experience!”

“I recently joined Sam's Club in Atlanta, GA but decided to take a car trip to the west and northwest. I stopped at this Sam's Club in Provost for gas. I went inside for snacks and the people were friendly and helpful. The manager was the BEST! I asked if I could use the parking lot to rest and he reminded me of no liability but suggested a place out of the way. Extremely helpful, friendly and the gas prices were the best! Thank you for providing me with comfort and friendliness on my journey!”

“One of the only restaurants with solid food and drinks open past 9:00 in Provo. One of our favorite spots when we have to work late. The food is good with decent selection. Drinks are also good, plenty of beer variety. Service is very friendly and personable...but sometimes a little slow. Restaurant is in the hotel lobby along with the hotel bar. I'm sure we will be back.”

“2nd time here, literally one of the best restaurants. Have been all over the country and a few international trips in the past 13 months and La Jolla Gove in Provo is literally do not miss. Bruschetta, tomato basil soup, seasonal salad are to die for. Entrees are consistent and the atmosphere is adorable. Wish it wasn’t a 4 hour drive Moriah was our server tonight and was on-point. Can’t wait to come back!”

““Server XO” December 3rd around 6-7PM. We came in to grab some boba and food to celebrate a loved one’s birthday. She love boba and plushies. She always loves ramen!!! I didn’t realize how much my group would order, we made sure to add tips to our checks. I greatly want to thank the cook and the kind lady that took our order. She was very understanding and patient. She knew exactly what to recommend to new comers. And even acknowledged that it was my little sister’s birthday and wished her a wonderful day. The workers did such a great job with the food and time management. I have ordered door dash from this place several times and it is definitely one of my favorite places of food choice. “As someone with absolutely no food restrictions, this is a great place to get your treats and goodies from. My wife and I were introduced to Ambrosial by a friend and it was financially dangerous to live as close as we did because everything is so so good. We love it here and we love the employees who have always been so sweet to us. Unfortunately we moved and don't end up down there nearly as often anymore but they are amazing!
Some favorites of ours are the brookie, French silk cookie, cheesecakes, and the cheddar wrapped Hotdog.”

“The best Korean restaurant I’ve been to! I travel 40 minutes each way just to eat here. My favorite dish is the Crispy Chicken Tteokbokki. So flavorful and filling and the crispiness and juiciness of the chicken is amazing. I also always get the crispy chicken bites with the angry red or the sweet red sauce both are delicious!! I can’t wait to go back. Hoping they expand their locations towards salt lake county :)”

“My favorite boba place in all of Utah Valley! I really don’t think there’s a better tea house unless you go all the way to SLC. “Best pizza in Utah County and I'm not sure it's all that close. Cheese Sticks and ranch are absolutely amazing, I love the pepperoni and breakfast bacon pizza as well. I recommend Two Jack's Pizza to everyone I talk to. I eat there far more often than I should. I have never had to wait long for an order. I used to joke when COVID began that if push came to shove I would singlehandedly keep Two Jack's in business. There is truth in all jest. Two Jack's is a wonderful establishment. Just writing about it brings me joy.”

“Just moved to provo recently so this was my first time at this location just walked in trying to get my food and leave when the man ahead of men started throwing a fit and getting aggravated claiming “dont you know im a regular here ive never seen such thin slices of meat this is bullshit” and ive never seen anyone de-escalate a problem better and more efficiency when skyler the man making his sandwich firmly informed that that meat was actually thick and he didn’t need to yell in the store and to even prove he wasn’t wasnt shorting the man he even suggested weighing the meat on a scale this ended up de-escalating the problem and i promptly complemented skyler on his professionalism and as a thank you he even gave me a large drink and cookie on the house i will definitely be coming here again”

“Pier 49 is probably my favorite pizza place in Utah. Their pizza is amazing and the service is great. If you go here I would recommend knob hill and lombard street as well as their cheesy breadsticks. But, really anything you order will be great. The workers are super friendly and the place is always really clean. The restaurant just feels super cozy and I love the California theme, especially the giant mural on the wall. This place is perfect for a date night, and overall its just a great experience.”

They also have a pasta bar with many sauces to choose from. The pizza and calzones are amazing. Homemade root beer is a must! Todays visit was pleasant on a friday late afternoon. “My wife and I finally stopped by Tamale Market in Provo, after hearing great things about their tamales. We were met at the door by a wonderful guy who introduced us to their amazing homemade tamales. We ended up ordering a half dozen after trying their Red Chile Beef, which was absolutely delicious. Very sweet corn tamales but they are fantastic. I’d love to see if the people giving out one star reviews have traveled outside Utah… If someone finds a better tamale in Utah let me know!”

“Success at a buffet relies on one's ability to arrange a cohesive set of foods, in appropriate amounts. I don't know how to do this. I can't ding the buffet for my lack of buffeting skills. Besides, I'm basically here for the bread pudding. One issue: The roast beef was tough as a leather sole. You gotta either nail the RB or just don't offer it. The shrimp was delicious as usual. Don't fill up on bread, kids! Or do, if you're inclined thusly.”

“One of the best burgers I’ve had. I came in around 8:30 PM on a slow night, and the food took a little while to come out, but I’m not complaining. This wasn’t a premade burger that they warmed up, I watched them fire the patty after I ordered. I had the garlic burger, and the fried egg made a bit of a mess, as they always do. But overall the flavor on the patty, and garlic aoli was incredible. I’ll be back whenever I’m in town. 50/50 fries were also excellent.”

“Co-Located with Guru's Cafe in Provo, it shares some of the same aesthetics. I "checked in" on YELP at Guru's when we had dinner there and was "rewarded" with a coupon for a "free cookie" from Enliten Bakery. Normally, I don't accept gifts or discounts from places I review unless it is a printed coupon anyone can use and this offer seemed close enough to that standard to give it a try. Also, living hundreds of miles away there was not likely another opportunity to use it later. Generally, my view is if I wouldn't buy something, getting it for free with a coupon is "no great deal." It was a busy day for the hard working crew at Enlighten and Guru's and it was also within an hour of their closing. After enjoying a very good dinner I went to the bakery counter to find out what my coupon could redeem? They had a single peanut butter cookie left which had a corner broken off, some sugar cookies, and some gluten-free cookies, one each of chocolate chip, the other was Snickerdoodle. Of all of these the broken peanut butter cookie was the most appealing to me and sugar cookies the least. I also thought to myself I'll take "the damaged one" so they can sell the others. The nice lady grabbed it with tongs and just add she tried to put it in a bag with them the cookie fell to the floor. She was mortified. She asked if I wanted a suggest cookie instead and I explained that would not go over well with my wife who would be sharing it with me. She then offered the two remaining gluten-free cookies, which I accepted. The grace she handled this with is more noteworthy than the cookies. They were good, even two days later when we enjoyed them with decaf enhanced with a little Irish Cream back at home. The bakery also had Sweet Potato Cheesecake which really intrigued me but I didn't have room for after our meal from Guru's and our would not have kept well during our drive back to Cheyenne the next day. While we were still a at the bakery, I "checked in" on YELP and... got another coupon for a "free cookie". The next time were there I'm not going to use it. Instead, I'm going to leave room for desert and try a slice of that Sweet Potato (or some other) cheesecake. 😁 Bon Appétit 😀”

“I was on-campus today doing a photo shoot for an old friend and classmate from BYU and for old times sake, we grabbed a bite at the Cougareat. This place has improved by 500% since the last time I stopped in for a meal...which was in 1996, the year I graduated. It’s great to see all of the franchise offerings along with BYU food services options. I’m not a fast food patron on the outside so I skipped it here also and went straight for a salad but if I was still a student at BYU, I would be stoked to have some comfort food available w/o leaving campus. Nicely done BYU! PS: The plethora of soda offerings with caffeine is the cherry on top. 😁👍🏻”

“First time in this restaurant. Let me tell you how it went.  Let’s start with it was pretty much empty. Was around 9pm. They close at 10Pm. It’s in Provo, Utah in Riverwoods. The cashier lady was polite and helpful. Choose the 3 plate option. They said that they have an award-winning ribs so I had to try it. •The ribs were good. Well cooked •The mashed potato was unbelievably good. It had garlic taste. But not too strong, just right. •The coleslaw was pretty good. I don’t really like coleslaw, so I was very satisfied. It had a crunchy texture that I enjoyed. •The sausage was slightly spicy. And juicy. •The brisket was unbelievably soft and tender They have four type of sauce on the table, so you get to choose from a mustard sauce flavor, spicy sauce, and sweet barbecue and original barbecue. It was getting late, so the lady came to our table and asked if we were done with our food and I told her we weren’t and then she was very nice to bring us a box to go, and told us to go from the other exit because the other door was closed. Yes, I felt a little pressured, but it’s also because they were about to close so I am understandable, but I still had a great time even though all of that situation happened. I would definitely go back and I won’t order the sausages because that was not my favorite but everything else I would. Let me know what you think when you go try it ”
