“We ate the most creative and divine food last night at Communal. The portions are big and they are for sharing. The new summer salad with fresh peaches and corn was one of the best I’ve ever eaten. The blend of flavors was absolutely amazing. Had I known how delicious it was beforehand I would have just ordered that for dinner. My husband and I shared the Greek chicken, crispy fingerling potatoes and roasted carrots with pistachios. Wonderful homemade rolls were served while we awaited our dinner. Everything is freshly cooked so plan to enjoy a wonderful, scrumptious and leisurely dinner. Wish we had time to go back and try some other dishes. Everything was presented beautifully and the service was excellent. A divine dining experience!”

Returned to give this another chance. Requested the chicken to be cooked longer this time and it came out wonderfully. The crispiness was perfect and the chicken was full of flavor. No change in the shop, everything was wiped down and clean, the music wasn't too loud, and the service was quick. The cost to value ratio is pretty good, however it would be nice to have more options as sides. Not quite a favorite restaurant, but one that I will highly consider returning to in the future.

Overall it was a pretty average experience, nothing too special. Arrived right before the dinner rush and the food took the expected time to come out, it was hot and fresh which is great.
I got the fried chicken but it was undercooked being slightly pink and rubbery. The flavor and outside crispiness was great, I just couldn't bring myself to finish the inner chicken.
The shop wasn't anything too special, the tables were clean and staff was nice. I'm willing to give it another shot due to all the other great reviews and flavor, just not a great first experience.

“Best pizza in Utah County and I'm not sure it's all that close. Cheese Sticks and ranch are absolutely amazing, I love the pepperoni and breakfast bacon pizza as well. I recommend Two Jack's Pizza to everyone I talk to. I eat there far more often than I should. I have never had to wait long for an order. I used to joke when COVID began that if push came to shove I would singlehandedly keep Two Jack's in business. There is truth in all jest. Two Jack's is a wonderful establishment. Just writing about it brings me joy.”

We always have a chat with Henry and we don't even need to say our order anymore. The sesame chicken is the best I've had and the fried rice is incredible! “Finally stopped by Rugged Grounds Coffee after seeing it a few times, and I’m honestly glad I did. I grabbed an iced mocha and a breakfast burrito before heading out, and both were way better than I expected. The coffee was smooth, had a strong espresso flavor without being bitter, and wasn’t overloaded with syrup. The burrito came out hot and actually tasted fresh, which was a nice surprise. The staff was super chill, got my order out fast, and made the whole experience feel welcoming. The shop had a relaxed, laid-back vibe that made me want to hang around a little longer instead of rushing out. Prices were fair, especially for the quality, and everything felt like it was made with care. Definitely one of those local coffee spots I’ll be pulling up to again whenever I need a solid cup of coffee.”

“I can't say exactly how many times my family and I have ordered food from Spicy Thai.
Everything there is so authentic and amazing. Spices used for their dishes are fresh and flavorful and the dishes they create are even better.

They also have an amazing lunch special that is more than enough food for one person and at a very reasonable price. There are four dishes that we absolutely love and highly recommend to anyone who wants to go on ledge and try something new:
Madman Curry (we get it mild), Tom Ga Khai Soup, so creamy and tangy, Pad Thai with chicken, also extremely good with lots of bean sprouts and green onions and last their pineapple fried rice with Shrimp.
We've had a lot of different dishes there but these are my favorite.
The service is alway fast, friendly, and the food always comes out hot and fresh.
If you haven't tried Thai food yet, try this place, it won't disappoint.”

No matter what, order something with cheese (quesadilla or Gringas tacos) because they use the authentic Mexican cheese that’s hard to find in the States. I felt the proportions-to-price ratio was awesome (the burritos are huge) and we left with leftovers. I LOVE that they keep all the condiments separate so if you like soapy cilantro you can add that or skip it like a civilized person. Extra points for having cruditos! We were too full to order dessert but the flan looked good.”

I NEEDED Dutch Bros. in my life FOR sure today! So, I pull up and this nameless, very cute, gentleman working the window met me with an amazing smile and gratitude for coming 'in' this morning. He asked how my day was thus far and I let him have all of it; the alarm, the exit, my make-up - all of it! He didn't seem rushed, he never took his eyes away from me to look at the, I am sure, was a very long line behind me, he didn't seem or appear to be any sort of hurry to get me the hell out of the line. He just listened and .... took it upon himself to do what he could do to make my life better this morning. He listened with grace and compassion. I want him (and his boss) to know how amazing that was and just how much I appreciated him for taking time with me and proceed to help in a way that he could help - essentially, this crazy stranger - have a better day - and he was successful!! We were met at the door by a wonderful guy who introduced us to their amazing homemade tamales. We ended up ordering a half dozen after trying their Red Chile Beef, which was absolutely delicious. Very sweet corn tamales but they are fantastic. I’d love to see if the people giving out one star reviews have traveled outside Utah… If someone finds a better tamale in Utah let me know!”

“Co-Located with Guru's Cafe in Provo, it shares some of the same aesthetics. I "checked in" on YELP at Guru's when we had dinner there and was "rewarded" with a coupon for a "free cookie" from Enliten Bakery. Normally, I don't accept gifts or discounts from places I review unless it is a printed coupon anyone can use and this offer seemed close enough to that standard to give it a try. Also, living hundreds of miles away there was not likely another opportunity to use it later. Generally, my view is if I wouldn't buy something, getting it for free with a coupon is "no great deal." It was a busy day for the hard working crew at Enlighten and Guru's and it was also within an hour of their closing. After enjoying a very good dinner I went to the bakery counter to find out what my coupon could redeem? They had a single peanut butter cookie left which had a corner broken off, some sugar cookies, and some gluten-free cookies, one each of chocolate chip, the other was Snickerdoodle. Of all of these the broken peanut butter cookie was the most appealing to me and sugar cookies the least. I also thought to myself I'll take "the damaged one" so they can sell the others. The nice lady grabbed it with tongs and just add she tried to put it in a bag with them the cookie fell to the floor. She was mortified. She asked if I wanted a suggest cookie instead and I explained that would not go over well with my wife who would be sharing it with me. She then offered the two remaining gluten-free cookies, which I accepted. The grace she handled this with is more noteworthy than the cookies. They were good, even two days later when we enjoyed them with decaf enhanced with a little Irish Cream back at home. The bakery also had Sweet Potato Cheesecake which really intrigued me but I didn't have room for after our meal from Guru's and our would not have kept well during our drive back to Cheyenne the next day. While we were still a at the bakery, I "checked in" on YELP and... got another coupon for a "free cookie". The next time were there I'm not going to use it. Instead, I'm going to leave room for desert and try a slice of that Sweet Potato (or some other) cheesecake. 😁 Bon Appétit 😀”

“I recently joined Sam's Club in Atlanta, GA but decided to take a car trip to the west and northwest. I stopped at this Sam's Club in Provost for gas. I went inside for snacks and the people were friendly and helpful. The manager was the BEST! I asked if I could use the parking lot to rest and he reminded me of no liability but suggested a place out of the way. Extremely helpful, friendly and the gas prices were the best! Thank you for providing me with comfort and friendliness on my journey!”

“I was on-campus today doing a photo shoot for an old friend and classmate from BYU and for old times sake, we grabbed a bite at the Cougareat. This place has improved by 500% since the last time I stopped in for a meal...which was in 1996, the year I graduated. It’s great to see all of the franchise offerings along with BYU food services options. I’m not a fast food patron on the outside so I skipped it here also and went straight for a salad but if I was still a student at BYU, I would be stoked to have some comfort food available w/o leaving campus. Nicely done BYU! PS: The plethora of soda offerings with caffeine is the cherry on top. 😁👍🏻”

“First time in this restaurant. Let me tell you how it went.  Let’s start with it was pretty much empty. Was around 9pm. They close at 10Pm. It’s in Provo, Utah in Riverwoods. The cashier lady was polite and helpful. Choose the 3 plate option. They said that they have an award-winning ribs so I had to try it. •The ribs were good. Well cooked •The mashed potato was unbelievably good. It had garlic taste. But not too strong, just right. •The coleslaw was pretty good. I don’t really like coleslaw, so I was very satisfied. It had a crunchy texture that I enjoyed. •The sausage was slightly spicy. And juicy. •The brisket was unbelievably soft and tender They have four type of sauce on the table, so you get to choose from a mustard sauce flavor, spicy sauce, and sweet barbecue and original barbecue. It was getting late, so the lady came to our table and asked if we were done with our food and I told her we weren’t and then she was very nice to bring us a box to go, and told us to go from the other exit because the other door was closed. Yes, I felt a little pressured, but it’s also because they were about to close so I am understandable, but I still had a great time even though all of that situation happened. I would definitely go back and I won’t order the sausages because that was not my favorite but everything else I would. Let me know what you think when you go try it ”

“I worked at this sizzler some 20 plus years ago. I was a server. I miss my customers and coworkers. This was the absolute best place I've ever worked. I now people have been a little off recently due to the covid pandemic, but as a long time employee of this company, 14 years of service, I'm still a big fan of Sizzling Plater Inc. “I had the best experience at any Coldstone that I've been to yesterday morning. We had done a family 5k that morning, and it was HOT. On the way home, I told my girls we were going to go to Coldstone to get some ice cream. We got to the store at 10:55, and it looked like they were opening the doors a few minutes early. We asked if we could come in, and they said absolutely.

The lady who assisted us was super nice, offered my little kids to try any ice cream flavor they wanted, and suggested the Chocolate Truffle for me to try (which I loved). She even attempted to upsell a cone cup, but did so when my kids were not paying attention so as not to cause them to whine when I declined. I REALLY APPRECIATE THAT!! I hate it when a store tries to weaponize my kids to get me to buy things, so the fact that she upsold but respectfully made me very happy!!

A gentleman came and helped and asked about our day and was generally very friendly. I assume he was the manager. When I told him we had come in due to a birthday coupon, he was kind and gracious about wishing me a happy birthday and asking about my day. As we were eating our ice cream, the lady then asked me if we would like any cups for water (she could probably see we were parched), and it was super nice that she gave us enough cups for all of our kids as well.

Overall, just the best experience I've ever had at Coldstone.”
