“We ate the most creative and divine food last night at Communal. The portions are big and they are for sharing. The new summer salad with fresh peaches and corn was one of the best I’ve ever eaten. The blend of flavors was absolutely amazing. Had I known how delicious it was beforehand I would have just ordered that for dinner. My husband and I shared the Greek chicken, crispy fingerling potatoes and roasted carrots with pistachios. Wonderful homemade rolls were served while we awaited our dinner. Everything is freshly cooked so plan to enjoy a wonderful, scrumptious and leisurely dinner. Wish we had time to go back and try some other dishes. Everything was presented beautifully and the service was excellent. A divine dining experience!”

I went inside for snacks and the people were friendly and helpful. The manager was the BEST! I asked if I could use the parking lot to rest and he reminded me of no liability but suggested a place out of the way. Extremely helpful, friendly and the gas prices were the best! “2nd time here, literally one of the best restaurants. Have been all over the country and a few international trips in the past 13 months and La Jolla Gove in Provo is literally do not miss. Bruschetta, tomato basil soup, seasonal salad are to die for. Entrees are consistent and the atmosphere is adorable. Wish it wasn’t a 4 hour drive Moriah was our server tonight and was on-point. “The family favorite was definitely Lomo saltado. Passion fruit juice is also delicious. Tallarines Verdes and papas a la huancaina were very good and worth reordering, but not favorites. The atmosphere is super basic, but super authentic. You legitimately feel like you might be in Peru, so I wouldn't have it any other way.”

“As someone with absolutely no food restrictions, this is a great place to get your treats and goodies from. My wife and I were introduced to Ambrosial by a friend and it was financially dangerous to live as close as we did because everything is so so good. We love it here and we love the employees who have always been so sweet to us. Unfortunately we moved and don't end up down there nearly as often anymore but they are amazing!
Some favorites of ours are the brookie, French silk cookie, cheesecakes, and the cheddar wrapped Hotdog.”

“What a delicious Café! The food was very authentic and his run by a great Taiwanese family that makes it taste just like Taiwan! Favorites included the heavenly mango drink, popcorn chicken, tonkatsu and curry ramens were all so good! As were the pot stickers and Bento boxes. They also have Tianbula (listed as Taiwanese Tempura) and also fried squid! 😋 Zach, the guy that served us was such a kind guy and they gave excellent and very friendly service! The café is located right behind the CVS- right west of BYU campus.”

The Hawaiian pizza needed some more cheese, the 5 meats was good but also would have liked a bit more cheese. We liked the dough dough crust. Another thing I’d say is it’s really hard to read the menu cause it’s black and there’s a light bar of lights right behind it so it’s very hard to read. We would go again.”

“The best Korean restaurant I’ve been to! I travel 40 minutes each way just to eat here. My favorite dish is the Crispy Chicken Tteokbokki. So flavorful and filling and the crispiness and juiciness of the chicken is amazing. I also always get the crispy chicken bites with the angry red or the sweet red sauce both are delicious!! I can’t wait to go back. Hoping they expand their locations towards salt lake county :)”

I used to joke when COVID began that if push came to shove I would singlehandedly keep Two Jack's in business. There is truth in all jest. Two Jack's is a wonderful establishment. Just writing about it brings me joy.”

It’s got a great flavor and adds a nice crispy flavor into the meal. Also their teriyaki sauce is super good! One of the best I’ve tasted. I was skeptical at first because, in my experience, restaurants catering to vegans seem to assume their customers don't care how their food tastes. I've eaten several dishes here and everything has been awesome.”

“The food was absolutely delicious. The family enjoyed all of their food/orders. I got the Sonora Style burrito and it was huge, delicious and filled to the brim. Wife and daughter each got a carne asada quesadilla and there was so much cheese and the meat was so tender, juicy and flavorful. My son got the carne asada nachos and he devoured every last chip and helped finish off the last bites of quesadillas. The people working were very nice and the location was very easy to find and get to. Highly reccomend.”

Oh, and the ice cream....Definitely hit a home run. The cookie monster and honeycomb were outstanding, as were the double fudge and chocolate chip cookies.”

I went up to ask the cashier if they had guest WiFi. He said he didn’t know and asked what he could get me. I explained the mobile app promo and he confirmed I would need to order it through the app then.
I showed him my phone and how the screen was froze because of crappy cell signal and stated I wanted to simply place an order but I am unable to get the screen to load from bad reception.

I could tell the cashier was really annoyed when my son wanted to change up the salad. Granted he is super picky and I wanted all his unwanted toppings on the side so it was basically lettuce with toppings on the side. The restaurant was very dirty. Very dirty bathrooms and lots of grime on the floors and walls. Sticky tables and chairs. Great food though”

They stack the deli meat, paper bag it and each table is filled with comics on the table under the clear plexi glass top. Lots of Far Side, Calvin and Hobbes, and others. We were met at the door by a wonderful guy who introduced us to their amazing homemade tamales. We ended up ordering a half dozen after trying their Red Chile Beef, which was absolutely delicious. Very sweet corn tamales but they are fantastic. I’d love to see if the people giving out one star reviews have traveled outside Utah… If someone finds a better tamale in Utah let me know!”

This place has improved by 500% since the last time I stopped in for a meal...which was in 1996, the year I graduated. It’s great to see all of the franchise offerings along with BYU food services options. I’m not a fast food patron on the outside so I skipped it here also and went straight for a salad but if I was still a student at BYU, I would be stoked to have some comfort food available w/o leaving campus. Nicely done BYU! PS: The plethora of soda offerings with caffeine is the cherry on top. 😁👍🏻”

“Co-Located with Guru's Cafe in Provo, it shares some of the same aesthetics. I "checked in" on YELP at Guru's when we had dinner there and was "rewarded" with a coupon for a "free cookie" from Enliten Bakery. Normally, I don't accept gifts or discounts from places I review unless it is a printed coupon anyone can use and this offer seemed close enough to that standard to give it a try. Also, living hundreds of miles away there was not likely another opportunity to use it later. Generally, my view is if I wouldn't buy something, getting it for free with a coupon is "no great deal." It was a busy day for the hard working crew at Enlighten and Guru's and it was also within an hour of their closing. After enjoying a very good dinner I went to the bakery counter to find out what my coupon could redeem? They had a single peanut butter cookie left which had a corner broken off, some sugar cookies, and some gluten-free cookies, one each of chocolate chip, the other was Snickerdoodle. Of all of these the broken peanut butter cookie was the most appealing to me and sugar cookies the least. I also thought to myself I'll take "the damaged one" so they can sell the others. The nice lady grabbed it with tongs and just add she tried to put it in a bag with them the cookie fell to the floor. She was mortified. She asked if I wanted a suggest cookie instead and I explained that would not go over well with my wife who would be sharing it with me. She then offered the two remaining gluten-free cookies, which I accepted. The grace she handled this with is more noteworthy than the cookies. They were good, even two days later when we enjoyed them with decaf enhanced with a little Irish Cream back at home. The bakery also had Sweet Potato Cheesecake which really intrigued me but I didn't have room for after our meal from Guru's and our would not have kept well during our drive back to Cheyenne the next day. While we were still a at the bakery, I "checked in" on YELP and... got another coupon for a "free cookie". The next time were there I'm not going to use it. Instead, I'm going to leave room for desert and try a slice of that Sweet Potato (or some other) cheesecake. 😁 Bon Appétit 😀”

Very pleased with everything I ordered but most of all I wanna give a big shoutout to Natalee she was amazing. Her service was awesome and she is very friendly, we were also helped by a young man by the name of Johnathon. Very professional staff. The hotel is also a happy good vibe type of place. I called and they were so gracious and kind to remake my order correctly. They were very professional. The second time a reward on my app was not working and I went in to ask about it. The women who helped was so kind to me about it. She got her manager to help further and the man that helped was so professional and calm about the situation. I was impressed by the customer service.
