3:30 in the afternoon. Nobody else in line ordered the new burger, it's okay. Bought it in a meal so almost $15.00. Fries were old and cold. Gentlemen at the window told me at least a 4 minute wait. It's been 7 minutes so far.I don't have to eat here Arbys. I'm looking at a McDonald's across the street while waiting. Taco bell, Carl's Jr. Chick fil a, sonic, Finally got the fries. Guy who handed them to me was not happy. No sorry etc. Just handed them to me.Didn't get napkins it bag.I guess My expectations are too high.

I had a great experience here today. The food tasted fresh. It was prepared quickly. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is clean. There wasn't a wait. Overall, this restaurant is worth trying.

Just came in for a pickup, but they were the most chillest and cool people. Really nice guy there, didn't get his name, was transparent about some changes to my order they had to make. Super happy about being told about it before finding out on my own. Great service all around.

We ordered online once, they took the money and gave a pick up time, we go at the pick up time and they say they close at 5pm now. They would not refund.We’ve gone several times since then, but never gotten the correct order. Missing marinara sauce or au jus sauce. Missing sandwiches, over cooked meat.It’s super messy and disgusting and we try to give it a second chance and a third and a fourth. This one was the last straw.No Au jus for the French dip, no marinara for mozzarella sticks, the sandwiches were small and poorly cooked. My jalepeno roast beef was just a roast beef. The wings were miniscule and poorly seasoned and everything was dry.

The staff at this establishment were very disrespectful. They gave us the wrong sandwich. They gave us a broken drink holder and my drink fell out of it. They forgot my dipping sauce and napkins. I do not recommend this establishment!!
