I usually love my experience but today I ordered a large BBQ chicken salad with a bowl for delivery. Usually the bowl is filled. Today my salad bowl barely hit lines on the bowl (no where near the top like pictures show.) Found a couple squares of chicken and about a 1/2 T size of all other items. Mainly lettuce. Very disappointed.

One of our favorite places. Wish we could get one in our area of Colorado.Healthy, tasty options abound, and always with a strawberry ? and bread to round out your meal. Staff is always friendly and the food never disappoints!
I liked the mushroom bisque, and tried some of the chipotle salad which was also very good. We've had their sandwiches before as well and liked them. We also like Zupas as a quick and light meal during dates, as we can both try something new for around $12 total, though the full meals are more average price.
I had an incredibly bad experience a few minutes ago.I had to pick up my order at 3:28pm and I went to the store and asked if it was already available, a young man (employee) who was standing next to the checkout asked me the name of the order, I told him and he went to Talk to another employee in a black shirt (I thought he was the manager), he came back and told me that the employees were working on it. It caught my attention that there was a bag waiting in the pickup area, but I didn't want to go see it because he told me that they were working on my order. I waited for almost 10 minutes and I wanted to go see the order and I saw that it had my name on it, just when I was about to pick it up MADY came out of the kitchen (she said she was the manager) and I explained to her the situation that had frustrated me and I told her that If they were going to put an employee there to answer those things, let them at least know what they were going to answer.I told the black shirt employee that because he told the other guy that my order was not ready yet and he told me that they were talking about something else and not my order (that made me very angry) and I went to the person who told me that the employees were working on the order and I told him why did he tell me that? On top of that, he was standing in line like another customer to ask for an order (he was no longer working) and then Mady yelled at me that I didn't have to complain that I already had my order with me and that I could leave.It seemed disrespectful to me that he also told me that his name was written with a Y and not with a Latin I. I felt like they were making a joke out of me when I was complaining about something that was their mistake.PLEASE DO NOT HAVE INEFFICIENT AND USELESS PEOPLE, it is a shame that they are so ineffective!!!! And above all racist. I hope someone contacts me with an apology.

Found a piece of plastic in my salad took it to the boy fixing the salad and he just looked at it . Felt rushed overall hurry , hurry, go to the next one , soup was ok but not hot at all , wont be back that’s for sure . Ever!!!
Most of the time, when I go to lunch with a friend, we go to Zupas. I love the variety of food. We can add and subtract food from the dishes and the servers are always so friendly. One server in particular is Jason. Such an awesome guy! He's very conscientious of the customer's wants and needs. I've talked with him several times and he's great! Tom is another friendly server. Always very helpful. Eat at Zupas people!
The food is good, but this location is pretty chaotic. Maybe it's understaffed, or not organized correctly.It's kind of dirty, and for some reason I have to repeat my order to three different employees.
