Save the trouble and go somewhere else for ice cream. Workers standing around while the line grows and they deny coupons after they are used in the app. Tell your corporate to exempt you from the offer, don’t just turn everyone away

I placed an order through the app to use the BOGO deal that's currently going on. My purchase went through and the order was placed, but upon arrival to the location they informed me they had cancelled and refunded my order because they're apparently not accepting the deal. Would have been nice to know before driving all the way over there.Not only that, but now I have lost the BOGO coupon and can no longer use it, even at another location.Finally, when they "refunded" my order, they refunded and then re-charged my card the full price of the order 4 different times, but somehow haven't refunded the final charge. So now I have 7 transactions in my bank account, with the last one being a charge for the full price of the order. Not sure if the final charge will be cancelled or if they just tried to make the refund as confusing as possible to steal $9 from a college student. Wouldn't be surprised either way.

Owner yelled at customers for ordering on the app. Then walked and proceeded to yell and complain in Spanish to other owner. Good icecream, terrible customer service.

The worker there said that this location doesn't accept the bogo app deals so we left and ordered online at the same location and it accepted all deals just fine. The workers here are lazy, slow, and apparently liars.

After 30 minutes unwillingly waiting in the drive tru because there was no way to back up or drive around, I finally got a gap in between the cars to leave the location. The total waiting time would have been at least 1 hour just to be to get to the window. No idea how this DQ location survives during the summer. I hope someone got to enjoy a blizzard today. Never coming back.

This is probably the most inefficient and poorly managed DQ I’ve been to. I was hoping the staff was just having a bad day, but based on reviews, this place is poorly run. The drive-thru took 20 minutes for 4 cars. The staff wasn’t helpful. They closed early and the people waiting in line were turned away. They no longer honor the Starving Student Card, which is frustrating to find out after waiting 20 minutes. Hope management can do better.

I've had repeated bad experiences at this DQ... Service is incredibly slow and they stopped taking the starving student card (it would be one thing if it was just a coupon but people pay for those)

PM CREW!!!! Good job guys! The service I received when I messed up on the App was amazing! When I cam to pick up my order the manager/crew did an excellent job of communicating where I should have used the app. Most importantly, things were fixed so I have complete confidence I will receive what I pay for. I would give all these guys a raise!

Wow. Worst parking lot/location there could be. No way to get out unless you wait for everyone in the drive thru. We waited probably 10 minutes before we could even order and then we see the sign that they don't accept starving student cards?? That was the whole reason we came. Extremely disappointed in the waste of time. At that point we were stuck and had to wait a very long time for the 2 cars in front of us to get their food so that we could just get out of the parking lot. Wouldn't recommend coming here.
