I have never tried JCW's and I decide to try it out. I went through the drive through and ordered. A small combo was almost $18.00!!! I get to the window to pick up my food and I tried my Coke drink that I ordered, it was flat. I politely informed the worker that it was flat and asked if I could just have a Sprite instead. She was COMPLETELY RUDE! She refilled it with Coke AGAIN and didn't even make eye contact me or anything when she handed it back. I wanted to ask for sauce and she closed the window. I just drove around and went inside to replace my drink and get my own sauce. This is probably the worst service I have had in a while and the food was not that great. I am sorry for wanting a good drink with a $18 combo. I will not be returning and I will not recommend this resturant to anyone I know.

Large shake says 6.99, it’s not its 10.99. Had to wait in the drive through almost 20 minutes for one sandwich and a shake. They brought the shake to me about 10 min before the sandwich… it melted in my car. I normally love it here but the experience I just had was honestly pretty disappointing. Change your menu prices so people KNOW what they are paying. And if someone orders a shake on a hot day, it would be nice if they got it very last so it doesn’t turn into liquid in front of the store. Might go back, might not.

good food, expensive for what you get. everytime i come drive thru the ladies are super friendly but i wait extremely long for my food. came at 10:40 to get a kids meal, waited twenty minutes. honestly doesnt make sense when its just fried food.
