The guy who is named Harold M, he's this short Latin with glass. He was so rude. We made an order of a large combo and he gave me a small cup. I told him that my cup should be large and he said “ you should have said that earlier” I haven’t even received my food and I told him right way when I notice it was a small cup. I would honestly challenge anyone to have eaten at JCWs more than I have. I have literally eaten at this restaurant and all of its locations hundreds of times. This place is the best and I love coming here!

I don't get this place. The burgers are ok, but they are like $9 for a burger alone. Then to make it a combo with fries and a drink it's almost $9 more?! This food isn't restaurant quality for $20 a meal. I'm sorry, but you aren't that good.
