This is the best pho in Utah. There is no other way to say it. Their broth is so good, I asked them why it was better than other pho places. They responded by saying one of their secrets is using more bones than other restaurants to brew their broth. I hate other pho places now.
Satisfies the phở craving. Each phở house puts its own personal touch. I got the #1. It could have had a bit more tendon and tripe, but it was adequate. There were quartered meatballs as well, which are ok but I'd personally prefer just flank as far as the beef goes. The severs here are professional, attentive and truly care about their customers. My experience at Noodle King was wonderful. The flavor of beef pho was abundant as always and the moment I stepped in the place its atmosphere thrilled me immediately. Highly recommended this place to everyone who is interested in Vietnamese cuisine.
