I come here every time I'm in Provo and I've never had a bad experience. The food is always on point and very fresh. The price is reasonable with good portions.

I went to this place today and it was closed for no reason. It’s a Thursday at 4 pm and all the lights are off and there wasn’t even a sign on the door that said a reason why they are closed! This is very disappointing because my partner and I where looking forward to good ramen. One star.

This use to be a family favorite until it was bought out. Since then the food and service is okay.
NOT GOOD ANYMORE, would give ZERO stars. Pho broth here was so good, but now its so weak and they compensate by drenching it in oil. Shrimp double cooked. Tastes like everything got frozen and reheated, practically inedible. Soda is 2$ for canned, not fountain, no refill offered and EXPIRED/Past BESTBY date by over 6 months.So disappointed we loved this place, now we will not be returning.

NEVER OPEN! FROZEN PHO! It was completely gross. Staff called us liars for what we ordered. They back tracked stating that we didn't listen to what they had told us. When we got order some things were cooked others no. The Pho was disgusting everything was froze, meat not cooked just froze solid, broth was cold. When asked for a refund they refused!!!
