Has anyone in Zupas management tried to spread their ice cube butter onto the rolls they provide? I have to believe if they had, they would quickly find a better process so that customers could have easily spreadable butter available. All Zupas locations that I have been to do the same thing.
On my most recent visit I had mistakenly ordered a sandwich that I didn't know was not normally toasted. Shon was a great help and went above and beyond in making sure I was happy with my order and that I know what to ask for next time I come in so I get the right sandwich. Thanks for the great service!
