“The last few times we've been there have been service issues. For example one time we sat for quite awhile before checking in at front again and realizing no one was assigned to our table. After asking it was another 15 min to figure out who to assign. Tonight we were told 15 - 20 min and after 25 min we checked at the desk and learned someone had taken our table. Apparently they called my name once, (didn't text) and another group jumped up and took the table. We suspect it was a group that didnt have their full party present and didnt have any kids so It seemed the error was realized but they didn't tell us until we asked. Unfortunately we asked after our hungry kid was starting to meltdown. It took another 35 min to get a table meaning our "15-20 min wait" was an hour.... which is a very long time with a hangry kid. Food was good but two at our table received the wrong dressing on salad which was a bummer but not worth swapping out when you've already waited so long.“

“Wonderful! First time there, primarily for the Mariachi performing group (Tuesdays 6-8). They were fantastic! It can be a little loud, but heh... they performed their first number for the entire restaurant, then proceeded to go around to the different tables and, if requested, perform a special number for the people at that table or booth. We found the food to be quite good as well. Service was perfectly fine. It can be difficult to hold conversations while they are singing, so next time, we might get there at maybe 530, enjoy our food and chat, and then enjoy the performing group for however long we like. Highly recommend this place for the excellent food and for the Mariachi band on Tuesday evenings.“

My father-in-law wanted the seafood paella, so I called to pre-order as suggested on their website and had no problems ordering except minimum order is for two (although at the restaurant I heard them tell another table that single servings were available - I would have preferred that, but I guess there was a misunderstanding. ) The hot roll with oil & vinegar was fresh and tasty, the calamari appetizer was excellent and cooked perfectly, and the sherbet palate cleanser was a pleasant surprise. However, we were not thrilled with the main courses. I thought the paella was somewhat bland. There was plenty of fish, shrimp, mussels and classic, but there wasn't much flavor. My wife found her New York strip (Filete de Ternera) to be tough and hard to eat, but the asparagus was perfection. The flavor was on point. It was a bit dense, but most gluten free things are. I brought it home and microwaved it and ate it with a fork, and it was great! I wouldn't recommend for road food because it did have a tendency to crumble.Donuts - 9.5/10 - These were really good. They are small, but they are rich, so the size is 100% on point. They are a little dense, but the flavor bomb makes up for the dense texture. From the time we walked in at about 7:15pm, we had been seated right away, gave our drink orders as soon as we sat, started eating free chips and salsa, ordered, and received our food within 10 minutes.
