“I have over the last couple years witnessed several times Rude Management .Unprofessional And abusive language toward young employees. and customers! and he literally tried to yell at me in front of all his customers because I didn't pick up my pie on time and he said he could of sold it and he had to take it home for dinner...mind you...I had already paid for it, the gal who rang up my orderl said they were setting and wouldn't be done for a few hours,my bad I didnt make it back in time Saturday and they are closed Sundays so Monday I tried picking it up and he was so rude about it. then overcharged me($17) for two small shakes and whatever pie fee he figured I guess??? he said he could of sold it I was like , you did! and then you are my pie! if I pick it up late it's my fault if it isn't fresh right? I understand that but I told him he didn't loose out it was already paid for you could of kept it in the back of the fridge for me. he said no you can't keep it in the fridge or freezer ummm ... that's why I ordered the whole pie so we could have it in the fridge this week isn't that a lie? of course you can keep it in the fridge... you ate my pie then charged me extra well...I won't be supporting that local business. good thing I found an excellent pie baker at Roosevelt farmers market!😋 bad review for Marions! mean people suck”

“High Country recently catered pizza for a family gathering of 50. The owners were so friendly and helpful as I worked with them to plan for our group. The pizzas were done at the requested time, and they were delicious. Every piece was eaten! We enjoyed the many choices of sauces and toppings. I heartily recommend this restaurant.”

“Was in the area and tried it for dinner. It is an order at the counter but they will deliver at tables. Although I am guessing their main business is take out, they had several very nice booths to sit down at. Interior was nice. The service was great and they had a salsa bar. Price was reasonable ($10) and food was good although it was too salty.. Will go back when in the area again.”

“Don't get me wrong I love beachin for their delicious drinks and cookies but the main reason I have continued to go to beachin and not even try any of the other little drink shacks is the atmosphere of beachin, it is the best of any place in town. I have never seen one of their employees not be fun and kind. They have the best people working there. The only time I've ever been disappointed is when ordering an ocean breeze and the sprite has been out.”

“So far I haven't been too impressed with fast food in the Uintah Basin. The quality and the service have both been lacking. I've been craving fried chicken and have been disappointed no matter where I've been, but I thought I'd give the popular Krispy Krunchy a try. It's inside of a Topstop convenience store.
Every southerner knows that the best fried chicken comes from a gas station, but generally the further away you get from the south the worse it gets. This place is the exception. The chicken was moist and crispy and didn't taste like it had spent a few days under the heat lamp.
I had a honey biscuit, and it was a real biscuit. They also offered a blueberry biscuit. The guy behind the counter suggested their red beans and rice as a side and I gave that a try and it was good too. Other sides include mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, fries, and jambalaya.
Service was quick and friendly, and the prices were okay. Not cheap, but it's worth every penny. My taste buds are so happy to finally have some decent chicken again. Thumbs up!
Vegetarian options: There is nothing vegan or vegetarian, only chicken.
Parking: When they are busy it can be tough to find a spot, though you could park on the side streat if you had to.”
“We love all the drinks and treats. The staff is alway kind and quick.”
“Hidden gem inside the Chevron outside of town with good prices, friendly people, great food. I had a decent Mexican country fried steak sandwich with a delicious bun.\n\nShe had a tostada and enchilada. Very good, and the beans were awesome. Maybe the best I've had. Seriously. Pretty darn good rice too.\n\nMy scoring breakdown: 4 stars for the torta, 5 for her plate, and 10 for the refried beans.”

“The food here is average Subway fare. I've been craving a meatball sub for a while and this hit the spot. Not great, but pretty darn good. The service is a step up for the area. I was greeted promptly by a smiling employee and that is a rarity for fast food here. That smiling face inspired me to give an extra star. The store was clean and that helps quit a bit too.”
