If you fly thru Salt Lake City you should try this place for homemade Mexican food. The service is good and you can hear the ladies in the kitchen singing ? Spanish songs. They’re pretty good too ?. Chicken Quesadilla and chips with guacamole and sour cream. Yum. Also the enchiladas are delicious too. Watch the planes come and go while you wait for your flight ✈️. Enjoy ?
We ate here twice, sampling the shredded beef burrito, negro mole pork chops, and enchiladas. the shredded beef burrito was excellent and I will eat mole negro any chance I can get it! Cute colorful decor.

Was really excited to try the breakfast menu as they do not have breakfast at the downtown location. It definitely did not disappoint! One of my favorite things about the Blue Iguana is that they have a little something for everyone on their menu! I try to eat vegetarian 80% of the time and can easily do this at any of their locations. I will always be stopping here when I travel!
