Great food. Limited staff 1 - 2 people so they are pretty busy. This is built into the old cafeteria of the Franklin Covey Campus so while the atmosphere says cafeteria the food is cooked to order. Because the food is cooked to order wait time can vary so try to use the app to order ahead.The empanadas are bit of a specialty of the chefs. If you just want to "try" something, give those a go, they are delicious!
