This location is notorious for getting your order wrong at least half the time. I've gone inside for a pickup and have seen 2 employees far in the back, so far they couldn't hear me asking for my order. I've also had employees argue with me that my order wasn't somebody else's completely after I got home and found out they had given me the wrong order but eventually hung up on me when they refused to help me sort it out and wanted me to drive all the way back. I don't understand how sometimes i ask for fry sauce and it's free but other times I go and it's 40 cents each, weekends are usually the best time to go whoever's on shift they do good work at that

Food was good, took a little longer than expected since I was the only person there. But after my food was on the tray, I had to wait for the lady to finish texting so I could get my food. The phone was actually on the counter which I am pretty sure is a Health Department violation. Not just that, I was starving and had to wait for her to finish her personal business while she was on the clock. Please, Carl's Jr is one of my favorites, don't ruin it for others.
