Went with my wife there today the flying vegan harvest ramen was sooooo yummy. Best vegan ramen i’ve ever had I added an egg and it was so delicious, melted in my mouth. Our server was super sweet and the atmosphere was really chill. Highly recommend, we’ll be back soon for more!Vegetarian options: The vegan impossible options are very good.

Great Ramen if not the best in SLC! Quite flavorful! The place is just a little small so sometimes there is a wait. My favorite is the tonkotsu original black 2010 and I always get extra noodles.

The hostess wouldn’t let some parents in front of us bring in baby food for their baby. My wife and I are having a child soon, and I want to be able to bring in gerber or whatever I have to for my baby, and not have to order off of Jinya’s stupid baby menu? Come on

Wow is dining out getting expensive! I would expect to pay this much for Dinner. I was shocked to pay this much for lunch.

Horrible experience. We wanted to enjoy some ramen with our in-laws and wanted to bring our son with an egg allergy. As we often do we pick up a small happy meal and head to the restaurant. All was fine until we arrive to the table and the host said they don’t allow outside food. We said our son had an egg allergy. The host said she would have to call the manager. The manager then arrived and gave us a lecture about some draconian policy which obviously did not apply to the situation she was encountering. Unwaveringly she wanted to uphold this stance although a partial accommodation attempt was made the embarrassment and clear behavior of lacking empathy and an earnest to resolve the situation to benefit the customer first was lacking. For a place catering to gluten free and vegetarian seems odd to pick and choose the food aversions you want to accommodate with a pretty draconian policy amongst most restaurants. Will never be back. Shame on you Jinya.

Jinya just kills it with their chashu! It is smoky and perfectly tender every time. Its consistently the best I've had in the area.I love to get the "Sprouting Up" ramen. It's no longer on the menu, but they'll happily make it for you. The fried brussels sprouts in it are delicious. This is a larger location than the one in Murray, so it's a good choice if you'd like a better chance of getting a seat!

Food was great but I thought the price was steep for the Ramen and the portion was small. We got very little meat.
