“Stopped by this little shop to grab a white mocha on my way into salt lake, the staff was super friendly and came to our vehicle to take our order, the made great subjections and had very affordable pricing for Salt Lake City, the coffee tasted fresh and delicious, my friend also ordered an iced coffee that was fantastic also.The staff who took our payment was also very friendly and talkative and made the experience very pleasant.“
“I was looking for a taco shop that was more authentic and I heard about this place. Glad I stopped and gave it a try. The location is a little iffy and I probably would have missed it if I wasn't using my maps. But if you can find Maverick it's just acrossed the street to the southwest. Now that I found it, it will be easier next time. The lady at the register spoke very little English, This made me feel as though this place is the real deal! Based on their menu They are pretty popular for their Tortas. They offer a big variety of meats when it comes to them. The tacos they offer are authentic, Chuleta, Pollo, Asada, Suadero, Chorizo and Pastor. They are all the same price $3.99. At first I thought that was a bit pricey for a single taco. I ordered the asada, chorizo and pastor. When the tacos finally came to my table I realized REAL QUICK how big these tacos are! Each taco comes with two corn tortillas. You can easily make two tacos out of one order. They are VERY generous with their meat, They also top their tacos off with onion and cilantro and provide you with a red and green salsa & limes which taste amazing. That was when I realized what they are charging is well reasonable. You can order three tacos and easily make six out of them. My favorite was the chorizo, it had amazing flavor. The asada taco was just that, still really good. I was a little surprised with the pastor as usually this taco has great flavoring but found their meat to be a bit dry and the flavor was lacking just a bit. It was still good, and I would order it again. I definitely will be back, next time I will try a torta. There wasn't anything special about the restaurant itself plenty of space for a lot of people They also offer outdoor seating when the weather gets better. I can only imagine how packed it gets on a summer night.Parking: Not sure if there's parking in the back but it looked to be limited on the sides of the building.“

“Go there for the rolled ice & not bobas. Every time I’ve gone for their boba drink I’m never impressed, the bobas are never fresh and always frozen. “I was disappointed at first with my prior experience BUT I am updating & editing my review as the owner/manager of this amazing place has responded quick & professionally with providing a great resolution to my issue.I do highly recommend Protein Foundry and I would never go anywhere else to try their amazing Rio Açaí Bowls or their protein shakes as other places that I’ve tried were just too sweet or not hitting my taste buds! I have had only great experiences with the 2 locations and a few times w/ the newer one close to downtown in an area of a younger-uptown population. Totally understandable! “After a day of moving, we were hungry but it was Easter in Utah so we had to do some searching for an open place! Proper Brewing came up so we gave it a try. We almost passed it up because it looked closed from the outside.Pro’s: friendly staff, quick seating and deliciously fresh food. I had the spicy chicken burger, hubs had the turkey pastrami, son had the fish and chips. We were all very happy with the food. Prices were fair too.Con’s: Being in hospitality, I tend to spot ( and be bothered by) the things that should be happening. For example, all the tables (4 or so) that finished up and left during our visit, still were not bussed when we’d left. I don’t want to look at someone’s cold, half eaten burger, dirty napkins and messy tables. There were plenty of chit chatters in the back, where we sat. Also, we saw people waiting at the front for service while everyone else was in the back.Overall: we will be back to enjoy the food.“

Iron Strong and Flu Fighter (as a Foo Fighters fan, I find that name hilarious) were delicious, made with fresh ingredients and very little added ice. Yes there was one employee only but the work was not trivial and one should appreciate the effort. Worth the wait. Maybe some $7 for a medium size smoothie sounds a little much but I thought it was worth it too.“
“I loved their superfood bowl and the chicken panini on wheat bread. Very fresh and quality ingredients. This place is ideal to have a light/healthy lunch. Very easy to digest, they are definitely on the pricier side but totally worth it. Their medium bowls are actually large so for the amount that you get its worth the price.“
