The sushi class was overbooked. I couldn’t see or hear anything the guy was saying. We did a Groupon tour of Mountain West way back when it was newer and more up and coming and it was amazing. Has changed a lot since then. The description online said we would be shown how to make three rolls, but he kinda walked us through one and then said have at it. Love this place! We went for a storytelling event called Gearn which was fabulous. One of the owners of mountain west was there and she told a hilarious story that added to the amazing time. They cleared spaced for chairs inside and they also have venue space outside. We had a peach tumeric hard cider that tasted really good. They had a lot of drink options available on site. This was our first time visiting the establishment. Our local liquor store carries ciders from here. I enjoyed the selection and the fact the ciders are mostly on the dry side. If I had to suggest anything it would be; please have more bar snacks.
