Overall ok for an airport fast food place. Service is not friendly, food is good, fairly hot, but a few times city took a while to get. Never had a huge negative experience but really just blaw overall. Maybe try to be a bit more friendly, maybe a small smile couldn't hurt, and the food is not hot hot like maybe it should be?
The food here was pretty good, BUT we waited 27 minutes after placing our order for it to be prepared. We had a 40-minute layover in SLC, so I placed the order for two meals as soon as our first flight touched down, thinking we wouldn't have any trouble with timing. (I knew both gates and the restaurant were fairly close together on the same terminal.) For a panera in the airport, it was pretty fast. Service was friendly at 5 am! Not all kiosks were open, but lines were not long yet. Coffee was fresh. You can also use sip club here.
