Everytime I come here I am ignored. No acknowledgment no greeting. 10 minutes just to order a tea. When ever person behind the counter is staring at me. 15 minutes of waiting just to ask for my money back. The sticker for my drink just sitting there as they make every drink in the drive through and everyone's drinks after me. Drive the extra 5 minutes to next starbucks.Everything about this location is trash, including the dirty tables.

They always close early. Even though it says open till 9 I have been there twice when they are closed 10-15 minutes before that. Sucks cuz I drove from Cottonwood, they will have people inside but will just have the closed sign up.

Clean and well kept environment and my drink was delicious and just as I ordered! It did take quite some time to get my one single drink when I ordered inside and the drive thru wasn’t even slammed or else I would have understood the wait. Also the personal conversations between staff members need to have been toned down, I really don’t care if staff chat about their lives, but they were talking so loud I heard more than enough personal details I didn’t care to know and I was across the room not even trying to listen in.

I love this location! The employees are always kind even during a rush. Mobile orders aren't always ready in time but that is obviously understandable. I'm not sure who it is but whoever makes my chai at this location always does a great job.Parking: The parking lot can be fairly full depending on the time of day.

I went in and purchased some gift cards and Kaylee was so helpful and was so friendly . I really appreciated her help and fabulous service . I will definitely ask for her again when I come back .
I love the staff here there all unique in personalities but all care about the craft of drinks and even though they get busy or mess up they are so down to remake your drink and give you a smile to help your day :)

I ordered a Carmel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino, ( My favorite) they gave it to me with no toppings and no drizzle on the inside of the cup. It wasn't even icy it was just liquid. I'm so disappointed ☹️ what a let down. Definitely won't be back. This is not what I ordered. Thankfully I was refunded, but I didn't bother asking for another drink after that disaster.

I love the shift that’s here 10-1pm. They’re all so friendly.Really wish they’d do something about their parking lot though.
