Whoever works there Sunday nights (specifically tonight) is not doing their job. I've called to try to correct an order maker online, and they've picked up and hung up on me three times. This isn't a bad connection, because they've let it go to voicemail twice as well. The worker simply doesn't want to be bothered so they're hanging up. This is ridiculous. Absolute worst customer service ever.

I ordered three subs through the app tonight, prepaid $40, but when I stopped to pick them up, they'd given them to someone else! They weren't going to make me new ones or even refund my money until I pressed. They remaid them after speaking spanish for 10 minutes with someone on the phone and took my phone to verify I actually ordered it. I even pre-tipped these bozos. Never ordering from here again, there are other subways in my neighborhood, and they CHECK your ID on pickup orders.

This subway always get my orders wrong,when ordering from door dash. Today aimce my roommate wanted subway I took a chance again with them. I ordered a Mexicali foot long. And they didn’t even add main ingredient avocado that’s supposed to be on the sandwich. Never ordering from them

I come very often to dinner and for the first time I felt very happy. Yesterday I went to dinner at night with my girlfriend and the young man was very nice and very clean, he was working alone and it is nice to see that there are good workers that we do not hesitate to let him tip, the sandwich was delicious and fresh and a good experience in the store. The young man always showed interest and explained everything we asked him. Only final comment, I worked at Subway for 5 years and it is very complicated to work at night for one person, my girlfriend and I were surprised to see a super clean bar, I will definitely return and I hope to meet this young man

Yesterday I went to dinner at this location and everything looked very clean, I was served by a very friendly young man but they do need staff since I was alone and it was very fast. I don't know what his name is but he deserves to be recognized and the sandwich tasted delicious and perfect. It was 11:20

So I went to this location and paid 30.74 and went to pay for it and it charged my card for the food but they said the payment didn’t go through on there end and it still took my money out of my account so I showed them that it went through and he said that they can’t give me my food because it didn’t go through on there end so they just robbed me for 30.74 and tried to charge me 2 times for the same amount I will be calling corporate in the morning to file a complaint Edgar was absolutely disrespectful and didn’t even try to figure it out so they refused to give me my food nor call a manager to figure out what to do word of advice avoid this location at all costs they will rob you of your money worse experience I’ve ever had and absolutely worst customer service I’ve ever received

Really shitty service. Walked in just now and no one else was there. Two guys making sandwiches. They didn't even look up or say anything, just kept making online orders. Waited for about 6 minutes, still not 1 word. We ended up leaving and they STILL didn't say anything. It's very clear why they're working at a fast food joint, not even the most basic skills.

There was only one customer in front of me so it wasn't busy at all. The young man who made my sandwich was very polite, efficient and pleasant and made the perfect sandwich.*chef's kiss*I was really happy with the whole experience. The prices seem to have gone up quite a bit since my last visit a few years ago, but prices everywhere are going up, right? I'm not going to ding them for something they can't control.
