I come very often to dinner and for the first time I felt very happy. Yesterday I went to dinner at night with my girlfriend and the young man was very nice and very clean, he was working alone and it is nice to see that there are good workers that we do not hesitate to let him tip, the sandwich was delicious and fresh and a good experience in the store. Yesterday I went to dinner at this location and everything looked very clean, I was served by a very friendly young man but they do need staff since I was alone and it was very fast. I don't know what his name is but he deserves to be recognized and the sandwich tasted delicious and perfect. It was 11:20

Whoever works there Sunday nights (specifically tonight) is not doing their job. I've called to try to correct an order maker online, and they've picked up and hung up on me three times. This isn't a bad connection, because they've let it go to voicemail twice as well. The worker simply doesn't want to be bothered so they're hanging up. This is ridiculous. Absolute worst customer service ever.
