The salted egg dessert bao is to die for. Chocolate dough and creamy egg. It's the perfect slightly sweet easter egg. This special dessert bao is only available in April so run, don't walk, to get one or more. The salted egg bao takes a few minutes longer than the other bao, but it is so worth it.
One instantly knows upon first bite - the Bao is Bao-ing. These buns are indeed "little treasures."Pillow soft, perfectly steamed buns melt like a savory cotton candy in your mouth.The Char Siu and the Curry Chicken were a perfect ratio of filling to bun with balanced flavor.I did not see xioa long bao (soup dumpings) on the menu (yet?), nor drinks offered.
