Don't get it twisted: this place does not offer table service, lots of customizations, or a really extensive menu like you'll find at a bigger sit-down place. Flavorful, rich, and delicious. The proteins are cooked perfectly. And no MSG which is much appreciated. Happy to see them get rid of the paper bowls. And try the gyoza too while you’re there. :)

This market hall is full of good vendors! I got the spicy ramen, and it was delicious! It was ready within a few minutes of ordering, and it was very filling.
