This Wendy’s chooses speed over quality. I went through the drive through during lunch, not my first time, and they got my order wrong or short every time. I get the same order which is a #3 10 piece spicy chicken nugget with an upgraded drink to a chocolate frosty and upgraded fries to baconator fries with ghost pepper ranch . This location didn’t even melt the cheese or cut the bacon it was just cheese on top with 3 slices of bacon. They also forgot the spoon to the frosty and no sauce. I keep going back hoping it’s just certain workers but I’m realizing it’s just the service.

Went in to the lobby to get some food for my family. I stood there for over 5 minutes with the lady in the drive through just staring at me laughing and speaking Spanish pointing at me, it was about 10 minutes of me standing there before a nice man greeted me and took my order. The lady continued to stand there laughing and just looking at me. This isn’t the first time this location as blankly ignored me while they stood there looking at me. My food was burnt and didn’t taste good at all. Management needs to go on nights and fix this behavior immediately before they lose business.

The don’t give receipts and gave us cokes instead of diet cokes on all orders. Even thought we asked for diet and it showed it at drive thru.

Arrived 10 minutes to close, which I know is not the best. But I proceeded to ask for a Fresh 10 piece chicken nugget. As I approached the window to pay, the Hispanic worker told me they were not going to be fresh, that they were about to close and refused to make a new batch. I politely asked again, stating that, No I want it fresh, as I knew they were going to close. I did not want a gross 10 piece chicken nugget. The waitress proceeded to tell me that it would be a five minute wait, in which case I said that was fine. But she just shook her head at me, telling me no in a sassy, noncommunicative way. I then proceeded to ask her for her name, and she refused, this is asinine behavior and rude for customer service. This service has continued to happen to me over several weeks. I apologize that I could only describe her as Hispanic/ maybe black because she refused to give me her name. She deserves to be fired.
