went to cupbop today and our drive thru person, nick was AWESOME! he was so nice, and patient. he succeeded my expectations when it came to service and food! he didnt show any complaint after asking for things over and over. thanks nick for a great experience at the cupbob here at saratoga springs! give this guy a raise.
First time having Cupbop - Didn’t love the food. Personally didn’t find it very appetizing; however, the service was amazing! Becca was super nice and explained the menu and different options we had available. Can’t get over how awesome she was but I just personally didn’t love the food much.

We came for dinner and they were clearly very busy with drive through DoorDash and lobby orders and they still managed to provide our family great service, they were very transparent, friendly and caring! Give them a raise!! We will always come back! We love the food and the service ✨✨✨
