The chopped brisket is at least a third just fat. You are not getting what you’re paying for. I’ve asked about it and they just tell me that’s the way it comes. I understand you need fat for flavor but it’s not acceptable to just give you a bunch of fat that you cannot eat. I read a few reviews that said this place had the best brisket, mac & hush puppies. I wasn't impressed by any of it. The Google description of this place is misleading. "BBQ meats take center stage at this funky counter-serve, which also makes burgers, sides & beers." First of all, they don't serve you at the counter, or slice the meat fresh right in front of you. They take your order at the counter and serve you a number, then deliver your food to the table. Red flag number one....read full review

This place was decent,however they were out of the Turkey and the Andouille sausage meats. Leaving rib meat ,brisket , chicken and pulled pork. I ordered the brisket and by the time my plate was ready the manager came and told me they just ran out of brisket. They were very apologetic and ended up refunding my entire receipt .
