“Where to start? So a few weeks ago I had stumbled upon the food truck noticing it was close to my work and I was getting tired of the same old song and dance associated with fast food. Let me tell you, this place is an absolute game changer. My first visit I had the Empanadas for the first time and I've never had them and was blown away by the crispy crunchy outer layer of the empanadas, I went with beef as my choice of meat and it was tender, juicy and flavorful. This put them on the map for me.Today I decided to try the Chicharonn bowl that came with pork belly, potatoes, cheese, a garlic sauce drizzle and a side of guacamole and this blew my mind. The meat was decadently savory and juicy with a crispy crust to accompany each bite, the potatoes were soft and fell apart in my mouth. All that combined with all the flavors made for a deliciously dangerous time. The food is fresh and the staff are super nice and you get the sense the food is made with love. I would highly recommend this spot, incredible food and atmosphere as far as food trucks go.“

“I don’t really don’t understand the negative reviews.. (How are you going to critique the color of the food, and no garnish lol). I’ve eaten at Susy’s Kitchen several times, the food is absolutely delicious and I always feel good after eating it. You can really tell she uses fresh, high quality ingredients. Susy is very friendly and personable, and really cares about the service she provides. I think It’s pretty impressive that she runs that entire places on her own, considering how much work goes into preparing good food from scratch. If authentic italian food with real ingredients sounds appealing to you, you should definitely give her a try!“

“The Gosth hotdogs were delicious even though that night I wasn't hungry I insisted that I should go there and try them service a little absence if you know what I mean ? there was no business no hot dogs, me and my date .... my self and I stay hungry“

“I would have never thought sushi from a food truck would be good, but they had amazing food! We got the small tray, and it was more than enough for myself and my mom. The owner was super friendly, and they serve different flavored juices/water every day (we got the strawberry). The 3 cheese roll was my favorite, but the other rolls were up there. Great for large groups with 6-12 roll platters, and the price is fair for the portions ($50 for 3-4 servings). They also stay in the same spot for most of the week , so you don't have to travel to pick up!Vegetarian options: Natural and vegan options“

“Although I love their tacos and customer service, I would not recommend the Ramen Birria, especially if you have high blood pressure. I could not enjoy the actual food itself because it was way too salty. No offense to the cook but maybe cut down on the seasoning for the Ramen.“
