“I had a hiccup with my delivery tonight, my pizza was accidentally delivered to the wrong house! However rayven was very helpful! She made me a fresh pizza in ten minutes, and offered me a free soda with my pizza. She also helped me with a refund on my pizza as it had been quite some time. I’m very thankful! “They messed up last night; but today they made it right. I ordered a pizza, the parmesan bites and the cookie brownie last night and it took an hour and a half before it said my meal was being prepped. I called and talked to the manager. He used the cop out. He was only one there and that he was working on it. I was hoping he would offer me something because it was taking so long but he didn't. When the order did finally come another 45 minutes later, the brownies were burnt. There were wrong ingredients on the pizza so I called back. He must have recognized the number because he wouldn't answer like a coward sat there for 5 minutes. Why it rang. Call back again. Nothing. So I expected it to be a hassle when I called today. But it wasn't. My man Cameron answered the phone. Listen to what I said and actually heard me. Made it right by offering me a full refund or to remake my order. I opted to have them remake my order. It was done timely and everything was correct and I really appreciate them making this right. Curse the GM that was working Thursday May 9th 2024. That wouldn't take responsibility or make it right. But thank you, Cameron.“
