Really tasty pho! Had been here before a few years ago and wasn't wowed then, but glad I gave it another go! Broth was delicious, light, and flavorful. Not too sweet or oily as I've had at other restaurants. Wanted to try their banh mi, but were told by one waitress they weren't selling them anymore but told by another waiter that they were out of the bread. Thinking about pho and where to get it? Stop and don't look anywhere else. You have to come here to eat pho!Located in the plaza of Chinatown, Pho Salt Lake is here. Now I do have to warn you though, parking is going to be really hard to find on the weekend. It's just a small plaza so please keep that in mind.
