Love this hole in the wall. I first tried them through Doordash and enjoyed it so much I went in person. Do not let the appearance of the restaurant fool you, the food is great! I order the SKS with tomato soup and have loved it every time I've had it. The atmosphere of the actual restaurant isn't anything fancy at all, but honestly adds to the experience in my opinion. Great price (everything is so expensive now) for the amount of food you get.
Had a couple lovely lunches here while visiting town—had to come back after the first visit! Amazing homemade soup made fresh, wonderful service from all staff, and made a delightful connection with the general manager Robbie who shared some of the history of the shop with us. We’ll make a point to come back. Again and again. ;)

I had the SKS sandwich and I added avocado. It was very good. The cheese soup with broccoli and carrots and the vegetable beef soup were very good too. Service was fast and friendly. The prices seemed fair. The building could use a new awning and sign because they are very weathered.
