I used to have a 4 star rating here but after today moved to 1. Everything went wrong and it was so disappointing. First of all we walked in and they said 5 min wait and we just stood right there. After awhile they didn't call us turns out they texted me a long time ago even though we were standing at the hostess stand. The next thing is they got my order completely wrong not even what I ordered and it was cooked incorrectly. The person I was with ended up with an incorrectly cooked steak also. I could have gotten this corrected but our waitress was nowhere to be found so I just had to eat what I was given. I also had placed a to go order that got brought to the table instead of remaking it they clearly dumped it into a container which would have been ok except it was chili and I brought it home and all the cheese and onion was now on the bottom of the container..not to mention the container had maybe 1 tbsp of chili and half a cup of cheese. Totally disappointed. The waitress came back and I made her aware and she said " so one check or two" didn't apologize or offer anything. I said one check and she just walked away and again never came back... finally I used the kiosk and she charged me for the incorrect food that she brought me instead of what I ordered so I paid more for something I didn't even want and got stuck eating. Service and food just terrible. Total waste of $67 and a babysitter I had to pay for just to eat something I didn't want.

This is a great Texas Roadhouse. Every time I come here, they're attentive, but also give you space and don't rush you. Food is good, and even with larger groups, they've been awesome. Highly recommend.

So I'm feeling a bit frustrated by our recent trip to this location of Texas Roadhouse. The staff was generally friendly, but apparently forgot to bring my sides at all during our meal. My other issue is that the restaurant continued playing music loudly after closing which my husband and I could hear in our hotel room next door. We had something come up so instead of asking to be moved to the other side of the hotel, we ended up leaving around 12:30 a.m. The music was still going. I hope this is a fluke and not common practice as it made it impossible for us to settle in.

I order from Texas Roadhouse all the time and have been to many locations. Let me start by saying I love Texas Roadhouse but unfortunately not this location. I ordered takeout as I have many times and sometimes the app lets you order rolls and other times it doesn’t but when it doesn’t I just ask when I get there to pick up the order to purchase more rolls but this location said they can’t do this when they are busy and I guess I went at a busy time. The rolls are one of the biggest reasons I come to Texas Roadhouse so it was very disappointing as I had to wait over 20 minutes to finally be able to purchase rolls. My takeout order was cold now and on top of the fact my order was not only incorrect, it was missing items and my steak was not cooked correctly. (sure I could have checked before I left) but it just shows that this location has some work to do. Again I love Texas Roadhouse but I won’t be coming back to this location.

I went with my fiancé and a few friends, it was all good up until we got the food. Our server was very sweet, but our food was not good. My brother in law got a burger that was supposed to be rare, but it was completely raw! He didn't actually say anything until we paid for it, so he didn't complain about it beforehand. My food was decent, and the steak was really dry. My fiancé's fries tasted like they had been left out and heated up in a microwave. So they were so gross. My other friend got a grilled chicken sandwich that tasted like rubber. And my other friend got a chicken salad that he didn't think the chicken was cooked all the way or it was bad, because he was not feeling to hot after. ? we have been here previously and didn't really have any issues. I understand when an establishment is busy, it is really hard to keep up with orders and make sure everything is right. But I feel like that was too far. I wish my friends would have let me try to talk to our server about our problems. But they didn't. So I thought I would put a review just to let people know of my experience.
Though I like a little quieter place (atmosphere) I enjoy coming here. Maybe once or twice a month, Taysia at the bar remembers the drinks we like and makes great food recommendations for us.

Waited over 2 hours, still no food. Ended up canceling our order and leaving. Worst experience we have ever had at Texas Roadhouse. Our server Samantha was FANTASTIC. However, the kitchen hadn't even started our order after an hour and a half. Samantha came and took our order came back maybe 15 minutes later and told us that they were out of prime rib, that's fine it says on the menu it is based on availability, another 45 mins goes by and the manager comes to tell us they are out of beef tips.... we then told our server we didn't want our food we just wanted to pay for our appetizers and drinks and wanted to leave. It was 8:30 on a Sunday. The kids were tired and getting restless. She says, That's fine. Let me get a manager to help her. She then comes back 10 minutes later in tears, saying she is sorry that she will just pay for it. Her manager won't help her and is just ignoring her. We told her absolutely not she was not paying for it we would wait. Another 15 minutes later, the manager finally comes to our table to cancel our order. So we left without our dinner.
