Food was hot, fresh and service was efficient. Drive through is busy!

I understand that the supply chain is questionable in today's world, but to run out of Krinkle Fries, root beer and l3monade is unacceptable. This Arby's was out of ketchup for almost a month. I was dining in one day when they actually ran out of roast beef!!!. I don't have the same experience at other Arby's. If you can't provide at least a relatively enjoyable dining experience then close the dam restaurant.

The food was good. There was a creep co worker that was lookin up and down my gf. And he asked her lots of questions and didn’t ask me once. Very dissapointed.

I was so happy with my experience! I did see a sign that said to be patient due to understaffing so I was expecting bad customer service but got the opposite! I could tell the server was exhausted but he was so nice nonetheless. He got my order perfect and was so nice! Food was great and I really just applauded the customer service.

Got home to find that I was missing some items that I had ordered. Went all the way back and was offered a free dessert for my trouble. Felt pretty good until I got home again to find out that I still did not get my orders of crinkle fries. Got the missing sandwich but what good is a sandwich without fries???No longer happy with Arby's.

Since I can't leave zero stars. Dinning room was not open. Why have the dinning room if you're not going to open

I've come here multiple times over the last couple months. Extremely disappointed with the service! I wasn't going to say anything but today was the final straw The poor guy they had running the cash register seemed to have some sort of mental disability and was having extreme issues using the register and remembering what he was told. And the manager seemed to have quite a big chip on his shoulder. There was only 3 people in front of us in line and it took about 15-20 minutes to place our order. Hopefully the owner can get some competent people to work

I went there towards their closing time, but they still provided Excellent service. Well worth a little wait and patience as they were understaffed for the rush they were in, they did the best they could to get my food and the orders for the drive through customers in a timely manner. A gentleman working there even got my drink, opened the door for me, and helped me carry my food across the parking lot. Heidi was also very nice to talk to as she did the best she could to keep up while making sure the orders were correct. Most Excellent customer service
No Ice, Luke Warm Sodas, No Ketchup and a bunch of Employees with an Attitude. I won't be back.

Absolutely horrible experience. Gave a $5/meal coupon was up charged and told there's nothing they could do. Ordered 2 beef 'n cheddar sandwiches and sandwiches had no cheddar. Was told they were out of cheddar. Why didn't they tell me when I ordered so I could order a different sandwich? Also there was hardly any meat on it. Also they were out of ketchup. How is that possible at a fast food restaurant?

I just visited the Arby's at the Mall in St George on Sunday October 3rd at 230pm.I was greeted by the most precious employee ever at the drive up window!!!She treated me like I was the only person in the world. So warm and polite! They are short handed a the moment but the wait was so worth it getting served by her.I don't know her name so she is the Arby's angel to me.!!

Gotta love the closed lobby with no signage. Understaffed and it shows in product. Stay away until the USA gaslighting is over

Busy location, but local management does not treat employees with respect, and encourage cutting corners leading to unsanitary conditions in the kitchen. Owners better soon take notice before one of their best locations is driven into the ground.
