I was so happy with my experience! I did see a sign that said to be patient due to understaffing so I was expecting bad customer service but got the opposite! I could tell the server was exhausted but he was so nice nonetheless. He got my order perfect and was so nice! Food was great and I really just applauded the customer service.

I went there towards their closing time, but they still provided Excellent service. Well worth a little wait and patience as they were understaffed for the rush they were in, they did the best they could to get my food and the orders for the drive through customers in a timely manner. A gentleman working there even got my drink, opened the door for me, and helped me carry my food across the parking lot. I just visited the Arby's at the Mall in St George on Sunday October 3rd at 230pm.I was greeted by the most precious employee ever at the drive up window!!!She treated me like I was the only person in the world. So warm and polite!They are short handed a the moment but the wait was so worth it getting served by her.I don't know her name so she is the Arby's angel to me.!!
