For Mexican food in St. George, this place wasn’t too bad. They have some of the typical entrees that you might expect at most Mexican restaurants. There is a lot of seating, including outdoor shaded seating. The staff seemed eager to seat us and take our order, which was great. I wouldn’t say it’s the best, but definitely decent dishes to eat. It appeared to be about $15-$20/person based on the menu. I would try this place again.
It was a great unknown sit down restaurant option with good flavorful food, when it was in the Red Lion, then they moved to the Shops at Zion, it appeared to have devolved into another Burrito Bar/fastmex walkup counter, as if St George needed another one of those. But today I can say, they are not an "Order at the Counter and keep moving to left, fastfood place" like so many. Seated dining is back at the new location and the food and service was the same top notch level you'd expect from the old location. So happy it's back to this instead of line style.
