I orderd the level 'hot' but it was Extremely hot, completely inedible. I'm positive whoever was working did their hottest level. They didn't give me utensils either.
Really a great place to enjoy delicious food.Parking: About 15 spots in the main parking and plenty overflow parking in the mall parking lot right next to it.Wheelchair accessibility: Flat entrance ways all the way around the building and right by the door with handicap ramp up 1 small curb.

So, the food was good but holy Hannah we can't ever go back because I just spent $80 at a drive thru and the meals didn't even include drinks! It wasn't good enough for the price. Wish it was more affordable but I'd recommend trying if you're going for just yourself. That price was food for 4 people. I also love spice and the hot wasn't spicy at all for what I normally enjoy. There wasn't any kind of burn at all. If you really like spice, I'd go above the "hot" level.
