Absolute garbage! I want the owner of this store to reply to this review (contact me) and make this right! Your policy about mistakes made by your employees is ridiculous and insulting to your customers. My order was screwed up and when I called in to report it I was told I'd have to bring the pizza back to "prove" I wasn't lying! After arguing with the teenage "manager" about the absurdity of this I brought the pizza back in, and was told I would NOT be allowed to get the correct pizza until they took the mistake from me. So your POLICY is to not compensate your customers when you've screwed up? Not only that, but you make them drive back in, prove they're not lying, then take back what should rightfully be theirs? Asinine! Show me you actually care about your customers and make this right. On top of this, I was not apologized to for the error at all, GARBAGE.To their credit, I was contacted by the Owner and we resolved the issue. I do appreciate that. Thanks.

As tourists we didn’t realized during the online ordering that these are unbaked pizzas to finally bake at home. Unfortunately, we were staying at a hotel without an oven in the room… The service team was so nice and cute to us and phoned-up their manager if and how to refund our money - super-five-star service!!!! BTW: the (unbaked) pizza looked VERY yummy (probably would have been so much better than the Little Cesar’s Pizza we finally had as dinner).

Papa Murphy's is our favorite because you get to eat it HOT out of the oven at home. They have a great variety of specialties and the prices are still pretty fair, even in spite of the recent increase. The tip nag screen at the register is annoying because there is no option for "other" if you don't want to leave their high suggested amounts. I'm not even sure what they do to earn high tips since there's no table service, but I like to leave a dollar as a basic thank you. If I don't have cash but hit "no tip", I feel bad. In any case, attempting to guilt your customers into a high tip is just wrong. Maybe the CEO should take less slush money and pay the actual people doing the work more fairly. Just saying.Parking: Parking is a bit tricky due to the layout but there are usually plenty of spots. The sewer vents by the door are just awful, especially during warmer months. The landlords and city should work together to rectify this.
