I’ve been to this place several times, I keep coming back thinking they probably had a bad day. But their smoothies are just not good. I’ve been to different locations and this place just doesn’t care. Smoothies are always bitter and not flavorful. Way too pricey for bad smoothies.

Kelly B is the reason for this review. I've been frequenting this location for a few years and I'm always greeted by a warm smile and a general interest in how my day has been. Kelly trains his crew to really listen to guests and to pay attention to details. Every order is better than expected and he makes sure that you leave with all items how you want it. He's a total gem not only is he polite and professional he also makes it personal. I leave feeling valued which is rare anymore. Thank you! Please don't ever leave and I'll see you tomorrow ?

I recently visited Topical Smoothie Cafe and had a disappointing experience. The cashier, whose name I unfortunately didn't catch, was incredibly impatient and rude. It was clear she was upset that we arrived close to closing time. She handed us our smoothies and aggressively slammed the window shut.To make matters worse, the quality of the smoothies was terrible. We ordered a Paradise Point, but what we received seemed like a banana blended with water; there was no sign of pineapple or strawberry. The peanut butter cup smoothie tasted like cocoa powder mixed with ice chunks. It felt like the employees were doing the bare minimum to try to get out the door by 8 pmConsidering we spent nearly $20 on two smoothies, this experience was very disappointing. I doubt I'll return to Topical Smoothie Cafe. The prices are too high to be treated poorly and served such terrible-tasting drinks.

I recently visited Tropical Smoothie Café on Sunset Boulevard in St. George, UT, and was really disappointed with both the service and the food. I paid around $15, expecting a decent meal, but the food was cold, dry, and flavorless.To make matters worse, the service was appalling. The cashier, Emmi J., was rude, impatient and displayed a total lack of professionalism. Her attitude became more and more condescending as I struggled with their online app. However, Instead of helping me out, she was patronizing and proceeded to talk down to me before abruptly closing the window in my face for simply making a request for first name.I’ve had good experiences at other locations in the past, but this visit was a major letdown. Hoping for improvements in the future.
