I have always loved Wendy's hamburgers. There is a nice variety of chicken or beef. The main thing that draws me back is the speed at the drive through; I'm never kept waiting to long.Parking: The Syracuse location can be very busy and difficult to maneuver during peak times.

Absolutely THE WORST Wendy's I have ever been to! The staff do not care AT ALL about customer service or the food they serve to people. No one there uses hold timers at all. It seems like the night crew cooks all the hamburgers for the evening the moment they get there and then proceed to just serve overcooked, dry burgers that just get worse with every minute. The day crew has the store manager there usually who seems completely inept at leading. It seems any little setback can lead to him just screaming at his employees in front of everyone there.... that is if their dining room is actually open..... I honestly recommend going ANYWHERE but here for your food.... If you're craving Wendy's then please, for your own sake, go to the Clearfield location instead, it's ran by different people that seem to take a little more pride in their work.

We went there for the Orange Creamsicle Frosty, and were disappointed. It didn't taste like an Orange Creamsicle. Weak on the orange flavor, strong on vanilla, and not as firm as other Frosting I have had.

We went today for lunch, it was about 1:30, the lobby was open, about 8 people working here, an adult manager was there, showing the workers things to do, even refilling the ketchup bins. Ordered our food, all were very friendly, a happy crew. Our food was hot, even the fries, very tasty & good. We’ve always had good luck at this one. It’s always good to have an adult there to teach these kids how to run a fast food place, most don’t know how to do much, maybe at home they’re not taught things like cleaning up or to have pride in what they do but this crew seemed on the ball. Keep up the good work!

My fries were burnt and they forgot the cheese on my cheeseburger! How can you call it a cheeseburger with no cheese? The employees were nice although they seemed like they didn't get paid enough. I would recommend it, but that's because it's the only one in the area.
