Absolutely THE WORST Wendy's I have ever been to! The staff do not care AT ALL about customer service or the food they serve to people. No one there uses hold timers at all. It seems like the night crew cooks all the hamburgers for the evening the moment they get there and then proceed to just serve overcooked, dry burgers that just get worse with every minute. We went there for the Orange Creamsicle Frosty, and were disappointed. It didn't taste like an Orange Creamsicle. Weak on the orange flavor, strong on vanilla, and not as firm as other Frosting I have had.

I have always loved Wendy's hamburgers. There is a nice variety of chicken or beef. The main thing that draws me back is the speed at the drive through; I'm never kept waiting to long.Parking: The Syracuse location can be very busy and difficult to maneuver during peak times.
