Lucky Foods Bakery

I like shopping at this location. They have good deals on meat regularly. They have a winco/food 4less feel to the store. The store is usually fairly clean and the staff is nice. They seem to under staff but that may be the covid nonsense that we are all dealing with. So far the produce I've gotten has been good and I really like their sandwich meat deals.

I was in the area and had read about this brewery having an award-winning amber ale so thought it was worth a stop to try it. The place is quite large with a restaurant as you enter and an upstairs bar which is also good sized. I took a seat at the bar where I ordered a beer. Of course there will be great beer at a brewery, but fresh donut holes for dessert that have churro sugar on it? Oh heck yes! Lory did a great job of making sure we felt welcome and safe. There was plenty of social distancing. We each had a turkey melt which was just the right size to leave room for the donut holes (I subbed sweet potato tots instead of fries which were only $1 extra which is a super deal).
